  These guys are superb. The Dynamic Duo who actually help you out and give you outstanding advice , not some bullshit others would tell you because they want to make money, these guys are bang for the buck, will recommend the best of the best in your price range. I recommend this place, hit them up ASAP ROCKYYYYYYYYYYYY !!!!! DUDES TAUGHT ME HOW TO PLAY A KAZOO THAT I BOUGHT TOO

  You wonder why businesses go broke . I found something I needed from the music shop in foleys rd deer park. I ring them up and they tell me they have it,I drive 25 mins to go and pick it up , I get there and they can't find it..I tell them I called and was told there was one here,they tell me well the computer sais there is but we don't have one annoyed at their inefficiency I believe there is a solution for every problem..I suggest that they deliver it to me ..they say well you have to pay for delivery, this infuriates me..I say this is your solution..tell them to forget it and walk out of shop..I have about 2000 people on Facebook please share this post so we can teach people a lesson about customer service..if my time means nothing to you your business means nothing to me.. we should be able to send them an invoice for wasting our time.

  Just purchased a Yamaha DGX660 in White, the pedals and a wireless usb. The new model came out just as I ordered they had no stocks in white of the old model so they offered me a black or I could wait and get the new model just released from their first shipment. I chose to wait and pay the extra to get the new model. It was sent out by courier on the day that they advised and everything arrived safe and sound. Their customer service was very helpful and although I live two states away I felt safe buying from the online. The product I had researched online and is excellent value for money. Exceptional good quality. Assembling the timber stand was easy, clear instructions and a quality item so no issues with screws not fitting etc. I'm over the moon with the product and service and will definitely deal with them again in the future. Would highly recommend them. This item is not sold locally so I would not have been able to get it without the convenience of their online store.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! This is the worst music shop I have ever dealt with in 30 years of being involved with music. They totally wrecked my guitar. Took my guitar there for a service and set up and got it back with paint chipped off all over it. They then tried to say that was how I gave it to them. Upon complaining to the guitar tech, who I'm guessing is also the owner, he informed me that two other people worked on my guitar but would not tell me who they were when I enquired. To cut a long story short they refused to take responsibility for the damage to my guitar or compensate me for it. The customer service at this shop was parhetic and the products they sell are cheap and crap. No serious musician would ever go there..I know I never will again. The only reason it gets one star in my review is a minimum of one is required to post this review.

  I had ordered my digital piano Yamaha P105 from them on the 15/4/15 and received it the next day. Very pleased with delivery time and not only that the piano itself arrived in good shape. They also seem to offer the cheapest price in Australia with regards to my order. Highly recommend doing business with this shop.
