Just like Sunshine except less stuff. (Didn't have Google Nexus Player and Huawei Watch) Amazing staff, good bargains and are starting to improve stock guys around Networking are really great people and fun to talk to. Quick side note don't wait for them to fully serve you go up and ask them as they are commonly busy with other customers.

Appalling customer service! I went here to buy a car stereo, spoke to a worker and he said he cant help me and to go to Essendon DFO Jbhifi as the guy who looks after that section was not in that day and he could not help. I then was walking out and i seen another employee so i then asked if he could help me, he told me he couldn`t help either but to ask the 1st bloke who i original had asked first. I went here knowing what i wanted and was going to buy, instead i went else where to buy. I won`t come here again. Rather disappointing as i have spent thousands of dollars here over the years.

I have been a regular customer at this store for years - purchasing everything from laptops, Apple set-top boxes, Google Chrome to music and DVD's etc. Imagine my surprise when I went there today and had the rudest most unhelpful 'service' I've ever experienced. Very disappointed. The lady did not want to sell at all. Went to another retail chain where I made my purchases instead. Makes me wonder how many other sales this lady has lost the company.
