Have used this service and outlet a few times and they just get better and better which is hard because they were fantastic to start with. Marcus and the crew do a great job and I would highly recommend them

Fantastic service from Marcus and the team, fitted new in on a Saturday morning at short notice without a Booking and didn't try to upsell to anything I didn't need. I'd definitely go back and highly recommend to others.

Fixed damaged rim, fitted new tyre and balanced all within a few hours of walking in off the street and all for a very reasonable price. Marcus was extremely polite and professional. We won't be going anywhere else.

Came here a few months back and the owner took the nail out of our tire for free! Would definitely recommend people to stop by here if they need a tire repair, super friendly staff!

They will match Costco plus they can do wheel alignments. . Costco don't. Friendly service even when I got my tyres from Costco

As soon as I walked in the door I had nothing but fantastic service! Marcus on the front counter was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and assisted me with every decision about which tyre was best for me, my car and my driving style. I was very happy with my tyre choice and price which was lower than quoted at other tyre shops. The team was very quick and efficient with outstanding communication calling me throughout the process to ask for my personal preference as well as when my car was complete and ready for pick up. When I came to pick up my car I was once again greeted with the friendly face of Marcus who explained to me everything that had happened and what I needed to do moving forward. I was surprised and happy to hear that I will now receive email reminders for my wheel balance & wheel rotations which are FREE and my wheel aliments at a reduce cost of $49. I've had an overall awesome experience with the Jax tyres in Fyshwick and would like to thank Marcus and the team for their work.
