Pride was very helpful with a warranty claim over a manufacturing defect (surface rust) on a box trailer.

I live interstate so initially approached the manufacturer (Trailers R Us NSW). They literally laughed at me when when I asked them to cover the small cost of me rectifying the defect. Claimed it was scratch and stone chip damage, in spite of photos clearly showing otherwise.

When I approached Pride Caravan Accessories, they had no hesitation in refunding my costs the next day.

Prices are fair. Lots of bits and pieces to find. Service could do with an improvement. Was better years ago but still worth the trip
