NRMA at Majura Park has been servicing our car for a couple of years. We are very happy with the level of service provided. We feel confident that we will not be charged for unnecessary work and that our vehicle is maintained as it should be. We trust the NRMA team at Majura Park

An excellent service .Very courteous staff . The complimentary wash and vacuum was a very pleasant surprise . Well appointed office and waiting area.
1 300 phone booking was very user friendly.

Expensive service, labour charges are $156/hr for non members, $140/hr for members. Parts are charged at up to 20% higher than over the counter retail prices at the likes of Supercheap and Repco. I was overcharged for the service and was told it would take 8-10 days to get a refund. I paid by card and don't understand why my card couldn't be swiped again for the refund as happens with other businesses. In the end it took multiple phone calls and 19 days to get the refund. They had the car for 5 hours to do a 2.5 hour service and car wasn't ready when promised. I don't feel there is anything complimentary about the car wash (which wasn't particularly good anyway) or the customer lounge when the costs are so high. I wouldn't recommend them for any future services.

Great service. They communicate with you throughout and give you alternate solutions for fixing the problems. They get the work done within the quoted time frame. Thanks guys

My 19 step daughter went to these guysthree times now unfortunately. I complained after the first time (when she was 17) about them leaving the transmission dipstick out. Nil action. The latest visit for a general service they explain nothing to her after giving her a list of recommended things that have to be done (some very doubtful) to a 19 year old that is obviously inexperienced . absolutely pathetic ! Seriously, avoid this place.

Great service and attention to detail. I required a tyre repair. I was referred by NRMA Road Side Assist and given vouchers for the tyre repair. I wasn't charged in the end for the repair. Service was prompt and so far no further problems with the tyre. Appreciated my NRMA membership-Thankyou

I found Nrma very professional and it is worthy too. They charge exceptionally reasonable .They provide every single thing which can make sure your car safety . I am very satisfied with their service.
