  I wait 1h and 45min for a test drive. Bad experience. I made booking for this with 3 days before. I don't receive a call for apologize. Never i don't recommend this shop from Canberra.

  Wow. It has definitely expanded and presents quite a dynamic persona. Great range of machines but do miss the coffee shop.

  I bought a second hand 2012 softail off Tom & it was discussed that a Genuine bike cover was to be thrown in the deal.. Thinking being a Harley shop it would be a Harley cover but 6 weeks later a cheap $40 non HD cover turns up. Its still sitting on my garage shelf l might throw it at Tom if l see him. Tried to talk to Tom about it wouldn't return my call. This is after spending over $3000 there since l bought the bike on geniune HD parts & clothing
  I love my bike, Leigh in parts is a legend & everyone else is great. l also got a good deal on comprehensive insurance before l rode away, but l have NO time for Tom left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Great service, knowledgeable staff, great selection of bikes and a top team. I have been a customer there for almost 10 years. Need spares / new accessories for the Harley, speak to Leigh, genuine guy, top advice and exceptional service. The manager John is very approachable and there to help. Pete , a highly respected mechanic runs the service section.
  They have been working really hard to improve the customer experience.

  My visit was a good experience due to the friendly staff in spare parts who fitted a new side stand spring, staff in the cafe and apparel. Purchased the obligatory dealership tee shirt at a good price.

  Tom tried to sell me a bike that was already sold to someone else, then tried to sell me an import heritage for more per fortnight than i picked up a new one at a dealer with the same inventory. even when talking about buying a new one in canberra, the quote was 3k more than i picked an exactly the same model somewhere else. your service manager is a champ though, he is great. this review is no reflection on him.

  Great selection of motorbikes and friendly and helpful staff. Love the café as you can grab a coffee and think over what you want to buy. Biggest Harley-Davidson shop I have been in. Must stop by if you are interested in motorbikes.

  My experiences with them have been nothing but good, the sales process was very quick and the staff where very helpful in finding a bike, getting it shipped down, and getting my financing moving.
  
  After receiving the bike, I then paid for my exhaust and bars to be ordered in and also paid for a couple hours of labour, and on the day was very happy to see that I actually had left over money at the end of it.
  
  The staff have been nothing but helpful so far.
