According to my receipt "Tim" was my salesperson. Really nice bloke, and pulled out all the stops ensure car was serviced as quickly as possible (had two young kids in tow so really tried his best to get things done).
I think the owner was also involved (guy dressed differently and seemed to the guy coordinating everything with other customers too). Also very good service from him.
I gave these guys a go based on a quick search through Google (close to home, great reviews). Glad I did. Will be definitely be back.

I just called up to have mums car booked in and the guy who answered the phone was so lovely!
I had my tyres done last year and was super happy with the job and service even then, but after just having my car in at an auto electricians who's customer service was kind of gruff, dealing with these guys has been a pleasure. Great service and prices can't be beat!response / report this review -

Very pathetic service. I had to come back 4 times in 2 days for a very simple flat tyre and the job is still not done. No one responds to the phone calls and puts you on hold forever. Never ever gonna come back here for anything.

Brilliant service. Had a puncture in one of my run flat tyres and they fixed it quickly and with great service and advice. The price was also very good!! Matt was particularly helpful. Thanks!

Can't recommend these guys and gals enough. Competitive pricing, absolute pride in their work and they were very thorough in the feedback they gave me after the job.
I put the car in for a wheel alignment and balance (the latter a complementary service provided by the Jax premium tyre service). At pickup I was told the wheel alignment was fine and didn't need to be done, so I wasn't charged. I respect that level of honesty, and they've earned my ongoing custom for it.response / report this review -

Very happy with the service.
Key Word: Accommodating.
I drive an older Vehicle, over 30 years. So old that they no longer make replacement tyres. Staff were able to find a solution quickly and were happy to answer any questions that I had. They were able to quote price and even checked the battery for free after I mentioned having issues with power.response / report this review -

Has anyone spoken to the amazingly enthusiastic lady at the counter? Upon phoning JAX Tyres, I had intended to purchase 4 new specific tyres for my car. WOW that woman could sell you $600ea tyres for a Hyundai Getz, if they even exist.
I mention this lady above, because she went way over my expectations in trying to source the exact tyre I wanted, in the size I wanted.
Unfortunately the supplier was running low on stock and more couldn't be ordered in for half a year. But I only found this out after she phoned me back after contacting various places to try for me.I was naturally disappointed, but she brought my attention to possible alternatives, and after quickly researching into the suggested tyre, I found that it was reviewed better than the tyre I had been trying to obtain.
I immediately agreed to the alternative tyre, not wishing to wait half a year, but I was expecting a higher price.
When I found the price of the suggested tyre was more expensive per individual tyre than the ones I wanted, I was initially a little frustrated, but this amazing lady had brought it to my attention simply because there was a deal on at this time.
Purchase 4 tyres, and get 1 of them for free.
I was ecstatic about the fact that I was going to SAVE money for a better tyre. I was chuffed as can be at this and booked in right away, including a wheel alignment. She THEN proceeded to offer me free balancing and rotations at anytime in the future due to purchasing such a package.
It doesn't stop there!
I had unfortunately expected to not be able to pick up the car the same day due to the fact that I have to work until after business hours. This amazing lady on the phone offered to stay late and wait until I arrived (within reasonable means) so that I could pick the car up and be ready to take it to work the next day.
Honestly I can't imagine a better outcome for the customer, and I hope that this report can show my appreciation to this lady, and the amazing staff who work there, by promoting the business.
I now simply refuse to go anywhere else, and I have this lady to thank.
If you want to know why I've written this, just call the store and speak to this lady, and be amazed at the energy, enthusiasm and care she takes in looking after the customer. She is the perfect expression and representative of the business, and the quality of service and work is a reflection of this.

I've been going to this place for the last few years and it is pretty much my go-to tyre and suspension shop now. The first time I went there was to get the leaf spring shackle rubbers replaced on my 1986 Toyota 4Runner at very short notice, at half the price of everyone else and with a same-day turnaround. I couldn't get back to the shop until 8pm so we organized a later same-day pickup as it was unfortunately fairly urgent at the time. I was very impressed with how helpful they were, how reasonable the prices are and also how capable they are at working on any make of vehicle brought in. I will continue to return there for all tyre and suspension maintenance. The shop runs like a well oiled machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the workshop guy over-torqued the lug bolts on my wheels even though I provided the specs I wanted them torqued to, which are the specs recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. The specs were written on the job card so not sure if there was a lack of communication or caring, or both. I had to re-torque all of them and almost stripped one of the lock bolts trying to get it off because it was on so tight. They also scratched the wheels taking the centre caps off. As I said, staff are friendly but this really soured my experience.
