  There was initially some confusion about what the service charge would be for our motorhome. Thanks to Elly in reception, the matter was sorted in a polite and very efficient manner. This young lady is a credit to the organisation. The service was completed punctually, which was a big plus, but the glowing review is mainly because of the friendly, cheerful and professional approach of the reception staff. Elly is a stand-out employee

  We purchased a Jeep Compass limited from Irelands, and the support has been great. A great car with great backup.
  Reminder calls and TXT's for scheduled service.
  They will have our business next time we need a vehicle.

  Great service, the whole experience is smooth from the booking, arriving and getting served straight away, to the waiting room, courtesy coach and ETA of completion. My only suggestion would be that courtesy coach driver checks who is working and they are dropped off first, as shoppers going to Cairns Central was the first destination. But other than that very slick.

  The staff at Ireland welcome you from the moment you pull up in your car. They looked after the car, kept to their time schedule and gave wonderful customer service, there is no doubt I will both go back there and recommend them

  Had my Lancer serviced at Irelands yesterday. I booked it in for a specific time and all work was done while I relaxed in their comfy waiting area. Staff are very friendly and efficient.
