Great selection of Indian groceries and really helpful staff. Would be great if they answered their phone though so I can make a phone order and check on stock.

Very handy place to shop in but when you spend nearly $ 100 on shopping including samosas then why would I pay extra $ 1 for "chutney".or sell samosas including chutney price at least customers wouldn't be disappointed..
Management should be more thoughtful.
Apart from that staff is good.

One of the best market I have ever been to. Stuffs were extreamly generous and helpful! Moreover, had everything I needed on the shelf. I am not just in love with this place but I am impress with the services provided. I highly recommend everyone to shop here!! Outstanding impression!

Tales of India is the best Indian grocery store that I've been to. Staff is extremely amazing and store is well stocked and has everything you would need.

Loved the Samosas they sell their toovery fresh and hot and Indian sweets were amazing and fresh too

Worse Indian grocery store I ever been to. Staff don't know prices asking someone on phone while customers waiting to be served. I ended up over charged for the thing I didn't want and had to take home bcs lady didn't know how to refund. Bought pack of 25 plastic plates in $23.30. I don't have option for -5* try to avoid guys total rip off

On 28/12/2016, I exchanged real Tv box from them.
Deal offered was new box with 1yr+6months subscription in $375 by store manager Fatima.
1. I have been told that they cannot accept money on eftpos.only cash for real Tv
2. No receipt was given. Was told that they cannot issue invoice. When confirmed by real Tv they denied this.
3. Got new box, but never given 6months in to my account.
4. I contacted back on march 17 regarding my subscription. Found out that they did not send my box to real Tv
5, still chasing them store manager did not have courtesy to come forward and say that it was their stiff up.
7. Every time different person (Akhita/Asshar) their ans that they will pass message to manager. Sitting in back room doing nothing.nothing against them. Both good

Donot know how long I have to wait.

Never offered credit back.
Very upset 😭 with their dealing.

Just been there, thought to share my reviews, its way better than before, staff is very polite and friendly. I like the stock they have got, some new stuff too, worth buying, WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MEMBERSHIP (if any).?

Horrible experience. Bought a real tv box from them .it was advertised that we will get 1 year bonus subscription when we trade in a old box. Even at the time of purchase the cashier confirmed that we will get 1 year bonus subscription.
As i did not get the bonus subscription had to make numerous phone calls to them only to find out that they had not not forwarded my old box to the real tv people.
Finally got a bonus subscription of only 6 months . Now they are saying that the deal was only 6 months and not 1 year as I was advised at the time of purchase. This is totally a rip off . I feel cheated.

Please don't trust anything these people say. If going for any such deals make sure you get it in writing from them.
