Team did an excellent job. They take pride in their work and will rectify anything you're not happy with. Good value for money detail - my car looks brand new!

I asked to get the inside of my car cleaned - basic vaccum and wipe down. The gentlemen said it would be $135, which I questioned. He then said he would do it for $70 for me (which is the price for inside and outside clean) but would make sure it was immaculate. When I picked it up an hour later and checked it, it had not been vacuumed properly at all. They completely missed the middle seat between my kids car seats which had crumbs all over it still. It had dust and marks left all on the leather still.
Very disappointed when I paid 70$ to just have the inside done! Rip off! Make sure you check before you pay! I asked for a refund which they would not give to me.
I had put my baby back in her car seat and when I questioned the cleanliness of the car he started spraying the chemicals on the seat while my baby was in the car.
I don’t recommend at all.
The workers seemed new as the he was showing them how to vacuum.
Waste of time and a waste of money.
The man also said that it needed to be steam cleaned to get the stains off- but they came off for me with a baby wipe.response / report this review -

My car looks better than brand new! I had some paint stains from leaking ceiling removed and inside detailing and the car looks amazing! I’m impressed by the outcome and the cost was reasonable. The only criticism is that it was sometimes hard to communicate with the owner because he kept talking over me but overall he was really helpful and dedicated to deliver a good outcome.

A very pleasant & honest man. Did a very thorough all over wash and polish to my baby CAMRY SL at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend him. His service & punctuality was excellent Cheers ❤️❤️♠️♠️

I was happy Sparklers worked hard to get the car ready faster to suit our schedule. However, while most of the car was well cleaned (and it was VERY dirty inside and out due to young kids!) there were some disappointing aspects:
1. Under rear seat was completely dirty still. Had to get that vacuum Ed.
2. Speed etc was really grimy and streaky with polish. I had to wipe that clean to see the controls.
3. Drips/splotches of polish on the radio, excess polish on 2 air vents and lights switch and in centre console.
4. Splotches of polish on rear-view mirror.
5. Corners of windscreen not cleaned.
I sent email thru their website and left a voice mail but no response in 24 hours.
UPDATE:
After posting the review they called me and I received a free inside and outside clean of my other vehicle which I am very satisfied with. Good outcome for everyone. 👍😊response / report this review -

I've been coming to Sparklers for a while now. Dinesh and his team are incredibly attentive and do a terrific job. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a first class clean.

Sparkle Car wash Malvern East has been nothing short of exceptional. I have been there 15 + times with my Sunday Cars and I have never been disappointed. They are respectful, very professional, efficient & very proud of their work and I will continue to support them. Great Service !!!

Got an excellent service this morning from these folks.. went with my car today for cleaning my spoiled car seat.. Kind guy named Dinesh and his team gave an excellent service added with free car wash. .I will strongly recommend this car wash to all my friends.. they sparkle :)

Tried to charge $300 for something that cost $235. Tried to negotiate price with me even though they have set prices in their menu board. Guy who took my car was rude and was playing on his phone the whole time I was speaking. They've scratched the window tinting. Lady at the front counter was very nice though. Car is clean enough but the service has put me off from going back again. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 5 pm, paid for polish and wash for $69. Maybe the workers are rush to close and go home, I did not see them polish the car, and returned the car with many dirty spots in and out. Not worth the price

I went to this wash for very first time and my experience was so bad. The old guy at booking was so pushy and he forced me to take premium service even though my car was not very filthy. I'd never suggest this wash to anyone, so poor management.

I've been to this place 3 times now and the staff and service are great. It seems to be a family business and th whole family really care about making sure customers are happy. Even gave the kids free juice while we waited.
