Visited for the first time today & had a great experience. Very attentive & helpful service, large & diverse range of suits & jackets. Bought a jacket today and going back later this week to pick a suit. Highly recommended destination for men’s suits, jackets, ties etc

Went to MSW Abbotsford for the first time to get my business suit, went for Ted baker for the good quality, staffs there are extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Sylvia and Mervin for providing me with 5 stars service making me feel important there. Definitely will be going back there for more suits in the future.

Absolutely amazing. Urgently required a certain replacement garment for a wedding and contacted the warehouse. The parcel was on its way within 1/2 hour, arriving in North Queensland within 36 hours I’d leaving Melbourne. Many thanks to the team.

Amazing customer service and attention to details! My partner and I recently visited the store to sort something out for our event! Aaron has been very patient, helpful and friendly with our suit fitting! His fashion sense and taste when it comes to dressing are on point, he never hesitates to share tips on how we can further enhance our current look. Would definitely recommend his service to anyone! :)

Angelo & Silvia were amazing! I had a suit in mind for my wedding but didn't look as good as I had hoped, Silvia picked out a suit that I instantly fell in love with (Gibson slim fit spectre).
Angelo and Silvia then helped me get my groomsmen suits (Gibson slim fit lithium) - jacket, shirt, pants, belts everything to match mine - helped with the tailoring and altering to fit us perfectly.
The suits are incredibly breathable and definitely worth the price. You won't be disappointed heading here, you're in good hands!response / report this review -

We weren't insulted when we came in however we certainly didn't receive any helpful assistance. There were 2 attendance and both were busy. That's cool however no one acknowledged us for the first 15 minutes as we tried to figure out sizes. We clearly had no idea what we were doing.
After picking a few suits out to try we decided we would just assist ourselves and headed for the change room. At this stage a girl had said sorry won't be long. Finally! Shortly after a gentleman came over but just wasn't very friendly and didn't seem very interested in helping us.
Regardless of the customer service we continued to try on suits. They do have a large range but not in every size. They do also seem reasonably priced when on sale.
Ultimately though we ended up going to Peter Jackson and had a really attentive experience.response / report this review -
