This is the worst car wash,
1. Poor services- they don't wash the cars really well
2. These guys put two tshirts on my car engine, I really don't know what their intentions were- but this is wrong and malicious.If you take your car here please check that everything is intact.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their car there.

NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY ENEMY.I took my car today to wash outside. See the attached photo I took after washing done from this place. These guys have made total MESS inside my car. When I asked him to clean it and refused to do that very rudely. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I should have called the police at the same time.
Don’t even ask anyone to take cars there for washing. These guys ruin our days. I don’t want anyone to take a bad experience like I did. This is located near the Target

My car mats weren't washed just turned over,did not realize until the next day. Their was still Crumbs in-between the front seats and stains still visable. RIP-OFFS.

We got our car washed here with the “Premium” package but unfortunately was anything but a premium service.
All the windows had streak marks. Clearly the cloth they are using is dirty and not washed properly.
What’s the point in a car wash if we need to re wipe all the windows ourselves?
Not worth the $50 paid. Will not return.

I brought in two cars to get cleaned. Worst job ever. I should have just done it myself. Paid 140 bucks for nothing. I will not be going back and anyone thinking of getting their car cleaned there, think twice. There was a guy complaining when I arrived. Should have taken that as a sign.

Car was not cleaned properly. Informed staff who then made excuses before cleaning it properly. Don't see why they couldn't do the job properly in the first place seeings that my car was the only one there and staff were happily playing on their phones when I came to pick up the car.

Less than impressed with today's service, and unfortunately doubtful I'll be returning again.
Pre booked and paid for the interior and exterior clean on line, received a text advising me to enter carpark via mccrae street got abused by the attendant there as I was in the wrong site.
Went to the other car wash completed shopping and returned to the car. There was mud still on the vehicle, inside had received a basic clean, some surfaces not even cleaned or vacuumed. Poor effort guys

Paid for a $80 car wash which included interior.
Retrieved my vehicle and the interior had not been wiped down or vacuumed. I brought this to their attention, sent photos as proof and they responded with providing me 15% off my next wash. Well if I buy a $50 wash - that is $7.50 off my next wash. Wow, Thankyou.

Won't be returning.

No star , worst job I've ever experienced

Paid for a hand polish and platinum wash.

Swirl marks on the roof, water marks on the windows. Polish on the trim. Inside wasn't wiped down. Wheels still dirty.

Better off paying $30 for a basic was and the same service.

Very angry and disappointed in the service

Terrible customer service. Only interested in upselling their services and ripping people off.
Started at $90 to do inside and out, then finally came down to $50.
Said they would text me to let me know when my car was ready. Text came through 45 mins after allotted time. Went there and car wasn't ready, waited another 45 minutes. When I looked inside it was not done properly. I said to the manager that they hadn't wipe the inside down of dust. His response was, you get what you pay for.
Never again.
If you could rate a negative I would. Terrible!!

I will not give them any star. Been there once before, the gentleman who used to work there did a great job, very detailed in his cleaning and that cost me $40. This afternoon, I had a terrible experience. Sent car, the guy who was in the office (was busy messaging and I had to say hello for him to look at me). Told him I was there for car wash for interior and exterior. He said it will cost $55. I said I paid $40 previously and he said the promotion is over and he will charge $50. He said the car will be ready in 1hr to 1h30. No other car to wash. Only one car was almost done. One Asian guy was the only one seems to be washing the car. I left the car, came back in 1hr30min. The car interior was not touched at all. This time got 3 guys in the office chitchatting. The Asian guy was the only one who was trying to finish. When I told them off, they quickly rushed in finishing the work. The interior was still dirty, water marks still found in the windows and doors. Extremely disappointing experience. Dandenong Management should get involved in this and find a solution for their customers.

Paid 180 for full clean cut amd polish in and out. Pick keys up after they where closed which is handy, came to car with rags still on it. Looks like just gave it quick wash no polish windows still dirty inside. Will be back for them to do it again wont be back after that

Got the platinum wash twice and both times came back with finger prints and water stains on my windows.Service was bare minimum!! would not come back here and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

Sneaky. I had explained in great detail exactly where an earring was lodged between the seats of the car and asked whether they could please try to get it out when cleaning the car as I had been unable to. It was very clear to see, just needed the right tool to winkle it out. Got the car back earring-less and the guy claimed I had said only that an earring might be lost somewhere in the car.

Blatant lie, I couldn't have been clearer in explaining that there was a gold earring wedged in the tracking of the driver's seat (nor could the earring have been less obvious to see).

Cleaning job was just ok - most surfaces nicely cleaned but they hadn't bothered to vacuum side compartments. And I am grateful they did not give my car away to thieves as they have in the past according to media reports.

Appalling customer service - they've obviously never heard of the saying 'the customer is always right' especially when it is deemed your own fault for not pointing out the dirt that had to be cleaned upfront. To make matters worse they retaliated by taking photos of myself and my vehicle in reponse to me taking photos of the signboard and office - invasion of privacy and illegal, which I imagine they will use along with my customer personal details as they appear to have no bounds. In the time I was there they also had a run in with an unfortunate customer that had accidentally parked there unknowingly - speaking to him aggressively and rudely as they had with me. Should be shut down for this admonishable behaviour. Will be speaking to centre management.
