Bought a used black BMW (6 years old) recently. I live in Knox area so took it to Dan after seeing the positive reviews. Just picked it up today and very happy with the result. Paint that was previously faded with swirl marks looks like new. Very shiny. Highly recommend, Dan is a perfectionist!

I took my 370z to Dan , previous owner desyroyed the paint at a car wash.

Took my 4 series there for ceramic coating and was really impressed with how it turned out. It looks even better than showroom condition. Dan and his team is really professional and wouldn't let the car leave the place without it being perfect. Would highly recommend talking to him and getting his opinion about what's best for your car!

had my BMW M4 coated, and had dan apply PPF to my front section of the car flawless and seamless go to these guys if you want your ride looking its best POMPONAZZI is the best.. thanks Ultimate Detailers!!

THE best at what he does from ppf to a simple cut and polish Dan's a top bloke with heaps of knowledge with his line of work! I will keep taking my cars to him!

The Ultimate Detailer is excellent for his professional attention and customer service. Excellence in knowledge in making me understand why i needed to drop my car off for the 3 days. The Concours Detail is highly recommended with the Pomponazzi treatment, I could not rate this detailer any higher. 10/10 Daniel. My AMG is perfect!

Been a Client with Daniel now for 7 years, always looked after myself, friends and family. My 5th Car he has done. Purchased the Aston Martin through a auction in Sydney, and avid thousands, but Daniel showed me again under his new workshop lighting rig, the severity of the swirl marks upon the soft solid black paintwork that needed so much TLC!
After Daniel and Ken, worked their magic, they also refurbished 2 rims with gutter rash, popped 3 dents out, and had some bumper repairs attended too, then finished off the whole interior with a straw clean, leather clean and rejuvenation that now leaves the mustard yellow leather looking like brand new, soft and smelling great! After the Pomponazzi Treatment, paintwork is so shiny, and is so effortless to maintain!! thanks Daniel. These guys know what they are doing. went to see the set up at The Ultimate Detailer, and i was impressed with their set-up. They also explained to me the thorough procedures in removing bird etching which my Porsche had many, as i park it outside. They carried out a exterior detail, that bought my jet black paintwork up to mirror finish, and all the light scratches were gone from years of neglect and local rubbish car wash cafes. Dan and his crew then applied Pomponazzi Coating which makes my car so easy to wash, and never looks better, its been 7 months, and the car still looks amazing! Excellent work. Made my 2011 Ford Territory look like NEW.
I would like to thank Ken for the dedicated work that he put into removing all the swirls, spider webs and oxidation, and bring out the popping Seduce Metallic Red on my 2011 Ford Territory that I picked up recently.
I had heard about The Ultimate Detailer via a few detailer forums where Ken's brother Dan came well recommended.
As someone who has owned pro-level equipment and has done detailing on my previous cars, I knew what I was looking for and Ken's work exceeded my expectations.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I booked to get the interior of my car detailed and was asked to come in on Friday morning 8:30am. I got to the shop and no one was there so called the mobile number and Daniel answered who told me his brother would be there in a couple of minutes.
His brother (who I forget the name of) came out from the shop and asked me what I wanted done. I explained I'd talked to Daniel on the Wednesday and was booked in for a full interior detail (quoted $150+). He asked how long I could leave my car, I assumed it would take a day to do and asked when he would have it ready by to which he asked if I could pick it up the following WEDNESDAY. I said I couldn't leave my car for 5 whole days - I don't live in the area and wouldn't be able to get to work.
He said that they are fully booked out and wouldn't be able to even start ithe job until Wednesday.
I drove away very frustrated and upset that I'd just wasted my time (and money) getting to and from their shop for them to detail my car as booked in two days beforehand.
It's beyond me why they would book me in for a service when they were fully booked out.
Do not recommend, absolutely incompetent at running a business.response / report this review -
