Atmosphere was very nice and customer service generally good, but food was really disappointing. Had the smashed avocado and my partner had the vege wrap with a vanilla milkshake to share.

The bread wasn't toasted on the avo smash, the milkshake wasn't stirred properly, and the vege wrap was bland and tasteless.

Rude staff. Asked them to repeat something they said quickly and they snapped back at me. They were very rude when I asked to clarify the order and they were rude when they switched over to the lunch menu. Also quite overpriced.

Don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel ripped off and embarrassed that I recommended this place to my friends after breakfast this morning. We ordered three 'Rhino's big breakfast' meals and did not receive spinach or onion as detailed on the menu. Once explained to the waiter that we did not have all the ingredients on the plate, he replied "I'm sorry, we don't have any spinach or onions" - we also got a "Sorry for that" from the staff at the front counter.. How is it acceptable to cook 3/4 of a meal and expect a customer to pay full price? Staff are nice - just not very professional.
