  The Roraima Nursery at Lara is a very special nursery for the display and sale of cacti and succulents. Their landscaped garden and the recycling of machine parts in the display of trees and plants is quite special and unique. Well worth the drive from Melbourne just to see the Roraima Nursery

  What an incredible place! It's not 'Paradise Lost' - it's 'Paradise Found'! The plant nursery is worth a visit on its own, but coupled with the extensive gardens, its absolutely amazing! And it's wheelchair friendly - well, it is now, with the relocation of a few pots! The diverse range of plants and trees makes for a really enjoyable wander through the gardens even on a very hot day. And the coffee's excellent - just take your own recyclable cup! Warm & friendly staff, ample parking, a coffee van and heaps of ideas for using just about anything as a garden feature! Roraima Nursery is so much more than a nursery - it's a fantastic educational facility for young, old & all those in between!

  This is the place to go if you are a plant collector, with one of the widest ranges around plus general stock. If there is something you want just ask, it may be hiding out the back. Pricing is good, and the display gardens are Australia's answer to Lotusland. My pick of the trip, & my first stop next time I'm back in the area. Yaaaaayyy!

  I ordered succulents on line and they were delivered quite quickly.
  I was so excited to receive them and even more excited when I opened up my parcel to see how beautiful and healthy they were.
