Dr. Rich has helped me through 2 large problems I had. He was able to immediately diagnose a skin condition which was causing me all sorts of grief. After seeing him for 5 minutes he able to diagnose a condition which other doctors and specialists could not diagnose for 10 years. It used to get unbearably itchy in hot weather. I was unable to wear singlets due to the large rash that was visible on my upper body. Now it is gone. The second issue that Dr. Rich helped with is excessive sweating under the armpits. I could not wear a bright colored shirt for fear of sweating and looking dirty. Again now that is gone. My confidence has gone up after visiting Dr. Rich as well as quality of life. I can highly recommend Dr. Rich. Thanks Doc :)

Dr Michael Rich has been treating my skin cancers for the past 20 years and is the main reason I am still around to-day to write this review! Always explains clearly to me what my treatment is for and how it impacts on my condition. I have full confidence in Dr. Rich and his experience and knowledge in his chosen field is first class. I highly recommend him to other people who have skin problems. His staff are terrific and always helpful.

I have been attending Enrich Clinic since 2001 after immigrating from South Africa.
Dr Rich has always been professional and caring in looking after my skin. His friendly mannerism and the relaxed atmosphere make the regular visits stress free.
Today my children as well as grandchildren attend his clinic.

I would like to thank Dr Rich for he's incredible treatment for my two years old daughter which has started last month as she was losing hair due to some skin infection. We did see the results after two days of treatment and as a father I would not ask for anything more when you see you're little angel is getting better. Wonderful team and great service.

I’ve been a loyal, and very appreciative client of Maria Malone’s for many years. After a recent visit for dermal fillers, I’ve experienced so many compliments on my appearance. Fresh, rested, youngerall positive and uplifting! Marias attention to detail is extraordinary and level of professionalism exemplary. I can’t thank her enough for making me look how I feel, and recommend her services to anyone seeking the same.

Enrich is my go to for laser and fillers. Knowing that only Doctors inject both anti wrinkle and fillers is a great comfort. The nurses are amazing and I've always found reception to be pleasant and knowledgeable. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about there.

As a regular visitor to see Dr Rich and his staff, I have always found them to be professional and helpful. The girls at reception are delightful and accommodating and the Dr's thorough. I would recommend him and staff.

I had lipo on flanks and chest in Feb 2017. Dr. Rich was VERY conservative. I reviewed my before and after photos with Dr. Rich 8 weeks later. The change in flanks was so subtle that we spent a good 15 minutes debating if we could even notice a change. I think if someone chooses to do lipo surgery, we shouldn't have to debate if you can even notice ANY change at all in the before and after photos. Waste of money.

This would be a nice place to come if the girls at reception weren't so RUDE. They weren't very friendly or welcoming at all. You may work at a high end clinic but your still just a person like the rest of us.

Have been going to Dr Rich for over 20 years now, there is simply no one better than him. True professional, always extremely nice, and if there a problem that you have or a procedure you wish performed, you would trust him and his staff with your life.

O.k! I havent seen dr.rich but on the base of recommendations by two of my friends who had procedures with dr rich I will definitely. I have another doctor name recommended by my friends. I will see both doctors for different procedures.

Dr Michale Rich is the most kind honest man. The best Dr from heaven. Very patient compassionate and knolwdgeble and generouse. You cant find anyone better.

This was my second visit , I was recommended Dr Rich by a work colleague a year ago. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of this clinic. I live on the other side of Melbourne and will travel for Dr Rich's knowledge and experience. I will be back.

Best cosmetic surgery in Melbourne! Doctor Michael Rich was extremely professional and did a great job on my wife's liposuction and she's never been more confident. I can't thank him enough. Also forgot to mention his friendly staff.
