  Worst customer service of any store i have seen. No structure in how this store is run. Staff have no idea on stock and don't care.

  Excellent staff and the customer service lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient with all our queries. She helped us pick a very good stroller and cot. Very impressed with the service and gonna make this our go-to place for any baby materials in the future. Thank you!

  Try ringing highpoint or Northland and you will be waiting for hours. disgraceful service by both stores. An embarrassment to the store. Only gave 1 star because I had to post this. Imagine if I ran my business like this.What a joke!

  Love the store but this branch seem to always misses entering sales on their computers. You drive all the way there after receiving their weekly sale catalogue and go and pick the items you want and pay at the counter and all the way home you'll be thinking why did I pay so much???? well bcoz they didn't input the sale prices in the computers and you paid full price! Happened to me a couple of times. Now I ask ever time before paying
