My mother almost died due to a UTI that was contracted at this hospital. The doctors were incompetent and they'll turf you back to ANY hospital. Which is retarded as then you have to spend a day going on the ambulance merry-go-round until you land back at the hospital you're meant to go to. Avoid like the plague.

My relative almost died due to a UTI that we suspect was contracted at this hosptial. The doctors were OK but anything compicated and they'll turf you back to hospital. ANY hospital. Which is retarded as then you have to spend a day going on the ambulance merrygoround until you land back at the hospital you're meant to go to.

The staff that myself & family experience here were warm & caring. The Dr's & social worker's would give us time for questions & always told us how Mum was going, & were always their for us. Great team. Thanks..

Wonderful experience until it became apparent there is a culture of lies & cover ups.
Nurses have the ability to circumvent the nurse call system & they know it. Nurses lied to me when it was raised with them, management continue to lie to me about the incident.
I have written a letter to the Director & Chairman & the response I have received is almost laughable if this wasn't a serious issue.
I will be referring this to the Health Care Commission & the ABC.
Absolute shame as all of the other nurses were fantastic but this experience has completely tarnished anything positive about the experience.
This is not over & I am not going away.response / report this review
