Dont ask for first available, just ask for any doctors name and go on their waiting list otherwise you'll be here forever

Dirty, crowded and sometimes you either wait a long time, and sometimes it is really quick. The doctors are either not experienced, or just want revenue. Quick to prescribe medication you do not want or need. One female doctor there prescribed me antibiotics for a COLD. Luckily I went and got a second opinion and that GP said prescribing antibiotics for the sake of it is very dangerous to my health and I agree. I will only go there if I need emergency help and if my regular Family GP is fully booked. Not a bad place over all, but could use a good clean. Some of the doctors there are quite nice, like Dr F Hui.

The wait times are rediculous. Seriously understaffed.

Why open until 10pm but force all patience to become impatient after a 3 hour wait. This place needs new management and more Dr's.. or comfortable couches, a slurpy machine, food outlet and live entertainment!

An absolute joke of a medical center. Over 2 hour wait, and in the middle of the day some braniac decided it would be a good idea to hold a meeting in which all doctors would attend, so nobody was being seen for over an hour. Good job guys

Rude and be prepared to wait for 6 hours . No proper examinations done most of the time except for dr Mohamed, the Italian/Spanish doctor and the 3 or 4 indian doctors that work there there they tend to be the better ones most of the time with other doctors you will just get your blood pressure checked or prescribed antibiotics or anti depressants and rushed out the door receptionists are extremely unpolite and rude they also only have 3 doctors on and about 50 patients waiting each time.

The reception staff on a Saturday afternoon are particularly rude and and treat patients like they were doing them a favour by being there. They forget without patients they would not have a job. A bit of customer service training might help.

The Doctors seem to have a high turnover.

The seats are terrible to look at but we don't go to the Drs test or examine the chairs. There's signs for no food or drinks all over the place, if people followed the signs, we wouldn't be sitting in chairs that are filthy. Also so many of the patients let their kids run around the centre with their foods and baby bottles like it's a nursery or a daycare.. I'm actually surprised a kid hasn't been injured or kidnapped because parents let them roam free. I've seen so many children run outside near the X-ray section down the stairs while the parent was wait to get their blood test done. Anyone could have easily taken them if it weren't for bystanders watching the children or the reception ladies remembering the parent to the kid and notifying them of their children.

The staff are horrible here. I waited 2 hours for my appointment only for them to say I had to come another day. I'm not coming here ever again and would avoid if possible

Yes the seats are old and dirty but the Doctors and staff are helpful and professional and the on site Chemist are friendly and accomodating, I do recommend this practice to all of my friends.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Tonight I waited for 3 hours only to be seen by a doctor that looked so tired and seemed uninterested in helping me. I just hopped up and left his office in the end. All I wanted was a referral to see a councillor. It was beyond his ability to listen or even comprehend what I was asking for. He seriously looked like he hadn't slept for days. He was snappy and dismissive. The wait time is the worst I've experienced up there. Its always bad but this was nuts. my advise to anyone thinking of going to this surgery is don't take the chance. There are a few good doctors but its pot luck most of the time.
PS I had to put one star to post, this place deserves no stars
