Now we love our yard and receive many compliments! We had a front yard makeover by this company and we were extremely impressed with their work and professionalism. They were on time, considerate of our budget, and answered any of our questions.

Terrible hospital , filthy rooms & bathrooms. Disgusting food enough to make u sick. Even though i had top cover private hospital was put in a shared room . Nurses not knowing about medication or after op procedures. We were told the doctor would come & talk to us to give us info & we waited all day til 6pm & he never showed up & we were told he went home. Nurses are understaffed & over worked. The hospital needs an overhaul.

I attended emergency on Friday night 10 pm with a cut hand. I found the staff to be fabulous- very thorough and careful, warm and respectful. This was my experience that night and next day when I returned for plastic surgery. The only reason I've given four stars, as the staff deserve five, was the waiting times, which are down to understaffing and facilities.The staff were as fast as they were able to be.
The wait in ED was 4 and a quarter hours ( ended up lying to rest over a row of chairs) and next day awaited surgery in the ward currently under renovation ( they ensured I got there early to be given preliminary procedures, and be on standby) The patients and these amazing hardworking staff deserve more staff and expanded facilities.response / report this review -

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is absolutely horrible. I've been waiting 3 hours for a doctor because the last one didn't understand my pretty simple request! I just don't understand why I don't immediately discharge myself except I am in a considerable amount of pain! Don't come here if you can possibly go somewhere else! I'm ever coming back!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Concord Hospital. I have had to go to Concord for some traumatic reasons and the staff have been nothing less than fantastic! Helpful, kind and considerate. If you have to go, go to Concord.

Very good service and they also have a large mental health section for those that require it. It is a very historic hospital as it has been there for some years now. A lot of good scenery around the area also. 3 stars!

The doctors were friendly, this why I put 2 stars. But come on, 3 to 4 months to send an invoice?! This is ridiculous! I am a student and need the invoice to claim back with my private health insurance! What do you think guys, that I have no bills to pay?! This is unacceptable!

Emergency room, disgusting service.
I saw the nurse, I saw the doctor, I'm in severe pain, nurse gives me medicine, tells me to wait for water, 1 second later she starts talking to her friend 2 meters I front of me, walks back and forth for 20mins, comes to me and asks if I'm feeling any better What is this person on about?
Attitude of this nurse and doctor absolutely unbelievable, I wish I never came here.response / report this review -

Pretty lucky at Concord hospital I guess. My surgery went well, the doctors and nurses were really great, some conversations were abit rushed but they're really busy and had alot of info for my questions on paper.

Yesterday me and my wife visited dental clinic, the doctor is extremely rude and absolutely unpoeofessional. Also treated like 3ed class citizen. Extrelmely unfortunate.

Happy that i got the treatment however staff were unprofessional and argued amonst themselves in front of patients.most of us were in the cardiac ward which was extremely noisy and then stead had an argument worth patients wanting access to their own file. Trying to rest was impossible unless i was on pain relief and even then i was questioned as to why i would want pain relief,this was after the doctor had already written up what i could have for that night.
