I've been using these guys nearly 2 years. I prefer to do things myself or buy parts from Gumtree/ebay for bargains But whenever I'm in a jam these guys pay close attention, prompt, are friendly, and get the job done. Only had one problem a year ago but they fixed it up quick and for free.

Very good customer service they have always looked after me and have never had any hassle returning things when necessary pricing is competitive and yeah I have found them to be a much better store than other bike shops I have been to in the vicinity!

Sorted the family out with new bikes and was able to take everything for a spin as long as i needed for testing. Overall great service, shout out to Jarvis, explained all the options, gave us a good deal. Felt looked after. Highly recommended

We had a great experience recently, buying our girls' second bikes from this store. Being a birthday present, the staff went out of their way to ensure the bikes were ready for the big day, even to the extent of working on their day off to locate the right model (in box) from another store, and have it shipped and assembled and ready for collection by the stipulated time. I also agree with other comments in that the staff provide expert advice and show respect for customers, regardless of your budget, and without the snobbery you sometimes find from bike shops.

Wanted a Missy Goose bike for granddaughter's 5th birthday. Her second bike from 99 Bikes. Staff were so helpful. Were happy to remove the trainer wheels for me & just take them separately. Bike was ready when they said it would be. Told any problems just come back. Excellent service from Artarmon store.

i found the staff really helpful. They were pretty quick at getting me going on the new bike (which i'm enjoying), and it was priced pretty great too it used to be the best deals were online (and maybe they still are for some things), but i couldn't find a better price than they offered so i'm really pleased with that!

I didn't buy my bike from here but they do my servicing. Friendly, efficient, good workpeopleship. Recommended. Just picked my bike up today. It looks like new, runs so smoothly, and almost smiled at me.

The team at Artarmon are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The sale prices are competitive with the web giants. The late weekday opening hours make popping in after work possible, frees up the weekend for riding!

Great bike shop that is very well stocked. I've bought 2 kids bikes and had an old mountain bike serviced and the friendly, thorough and knowledgeable staff made all dealings a pleasure. Highly recommend them!
