Cabin alil outdated
Pool was closed so no swimming for the kids.
Dishes were absolutely disgusting, I'd advise washing everything before using

Good place to stay if visiting Ballarat. The sites are ok. Cabins are. Ok. Bit pricey for what you get.

The bed was a bit hard for me but that is a personal choice so I still give it 5 stars because it was neat, quiet, affordable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their communication was great, even before we arrived.

Excellent holiday Park suited to both short and extended stays. Friendly staff and we'll equipped cabins with heating make this a very comfortable place to stay all year round.

Exactly as advertised. Stayed one night in a cabin, which was tidy and clean. Nicely fitted out with everything we needed. Quiet, warm and comfortable. Very friendly welcome. Would thoroughly recommend.

We has a really beautiful 3 bedroon unit which was perfect for our group of six adults. The mini golf could do with an updrade and regular clearing of sticks n leaves but i was fun we counted that as a hazard for the course and a good time playing the mingolf (which is complimentary)

Stayed here for two nights. August 2017. Cabins were cheap and is awesome condition have everything you need. Staff were amazing. Will 100% stay here again . Heaps to do really close to the cabin park.

Advertised a "new games room" however not one of the games or equipment was working..games room was being used by old folks (who were obviously displeased to see kids in the room )as a tv room , the mini golf was in bad disrepair and covered in water and the wifi was basicaly non existent. Should not be advertised as a family park as half the park appeared to be permenant senior dwellings. Would not reccomend at all

Clean well maintained cabins, reasonably priced, good facilities for campers and free access to the Ballarat Aquatic Center next door.

We heard bad reports and tried to cancel to no avail .Oh yes indeed there is cancellation fee and no its not free .Yes reports were right its not good value for money and could not recomend. Will stay away from all family parks in future

I stayed on a powered site. Very expensive & poor value. No grass or concrete slab just gravel. Site was also very narrow & the neighbours had trouble parking their van because my awning was out.
I was not provided wifi logon details (but didn't follow this issue up). On a positive note, staff were very friendly.response / report this review -

We booked a cabin just for the night on our way through town. Reception called when we were late arriving to arrange our booking, service was good. The facilities where clean and maintained. Cabin was basic and had everything we needed. Disappointed that the some of the cooking areas, cutlery etc were dirty only down point.
