Very nice place to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you choose to catch your own lunch, you will be provided with a rod, bait and net to catch huge trout. There are various locations of varying difficulty to try!

Personally know the owners Robert & Jan have stayed in their Bluestone Cottage as well as dined there on various occasions, if fishing is your thing, you're given the choice to catch your diner and have it cooked for you or let someone catch it for you. Tuki relates to the type of sheep whose wool is very coarse and used for Carpet.
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings including the uninterrupted views 40 miles.

Great experience visiting Tuki. We went there to get some fresh produce and a cuppa and the service was friendly. Most who visit go trout fishing or are staying there or eating at the restaurant. Warm ambience, especially with the fire roaring and delicious fresh sweet treats. Also worth taking a wander around. It's bigger than we initially thought. Do bear in mind it is a little down the dirt road but we thought it was definitely worth it!

This is the place to buy all your lamb. Organic, fresh, any cut and at a price which is half the price you pay inner Melbourne!

There motto is farm fresh to plate with no added chemicals or hormones and it is an absolute beautiful experience!to catch your own trout in there stocked ponds and have it cooked and cleaned right away(or take it home with ice supplied) was so fresh and delicious! You can also choose to have there beef or lamb which is grown on there farm also which was delicious! Beautiful scenery, beautiful hosts and beautiful food with a big open fire in the middle of the restaurant great for those winter days! Highly recommended great experience for everyone to be at one with nature and enjoy food the way it should be

Pity there is no zero stars optionwhat else can you say when you drive an hour and a half to a place during their advertised opening hours only to find the place deserted.

Yes they run a farm to.. but when you run a business .. you run a business I have mo dont if these people drove to Melbourne to buy a machinery part only to find the business owner decided to close early that day and it was just their bad luck they would not be too happy well neither were we.!! They never bothered to offer an explanation yet they had our contact details..hopeless..

    5 people
3 fishing at $68 and that's without paying for a fish
We weren't even allowed to have a beer inside on a 36 degree day because we were not eating in the restaurant
    1 Star for 1 Fish
    Absolute Joke!!
    Woeful Hospitality!!

We stayed at this magical place for two nights. Our stone cottage with spa bath by the lake was cozy and like something out of the movies. The food, spectacular! All the produce from the farm needs very little to make it delicious and both Ben and Robert give it the respect it deserves. The restaurant closes at 6, but don't fret, Robert will prepare and deliver the meal directly to your cottage around 7:30! This gives you more time to enjoy the open fireplace and spectacular views. Thank you to Jan, Robert, Alistair, Ben and all the team at Tuki for making our stay so enjoyable, we'll definitely be back.
