  Shysters.
  Bought a second-hand Mazda Bravo from them a few months ago.
  They gave it a roadworthy certificate which we later found out from other service centres (that we've had to go to because of the plethora of problems) shouldn't have been given with the amount of problems it had/has.
  We've had to replace every gasket in the engine - there's still problems.
  We were left stranded out the front of the store at 6pm at night when we purchased it because the battery was the wrong one for that vehicle type and went flat if you didn't turn the car on within the first 5 seconds of turning the key. Hard to do in a DIESEL.
  We also had to bring the car back from Melbourne to Balkarat because of some dodgy work to do with the 'shims' that were leaking oil. Spent the whole day in Ballarat waiting for them to fix it, 7am to 5:30pm. No replacement car, nothing.
  Go elsewhere. They either can't service cars properly or give out roadworthy's like they're nothing. This car has been a headache since we got it

  I took my car in yesterday, as another place had told me I urgently needed new front shockers in my car after they did a tyre check, wheel alignment, and rotation. Ford Eclipse checked it, and to my own shock, I was told me they didn't need doing at all, which saved me $700! I've always taken my car to Ford Eclipse for services, and it's so reassuring to have a service department you can really trust. I'll now be taking it there for my tyres also. Friendly, professional, and genuine customer service. I can't fault them. Thank you.
