Sadly the experience tonight has been very dissapointing. 39 degrees outside and took us 20 mins to be served a drink, unsure why as we got here early for dinner and not crowded. Then 55 minutes before our meal arrived as waitress forgot to place our order. Spoke to duty manager and it seems she had power to compesate us with only a drink. Very nice lady but awful experience. Unfortunately not an isolated incident as a couple of weeks ago it was a 45 min wait. What a shamenice place but experience can be yukk.

Took myself and my client there for lunch on Wednesday. Service is really friendly and I thoroughly recommend the ricotta spinach and feta lasagne !

This pub is fast becoming the worst hotel in Sunbury.
Recently my parents waited 30 minutes for their meal only to be told that the ''special'' they had been told was available and which they ordered, was now not available.
They then had to wait while their second choice meal was cooked and then only begrudgingly.
The service was poor. The attitude was disgraceful and the male person in charge had obviously not been attentive to detail. if it had not been for one of the waiters, Kayla, noticing the meals she had taken orders for were not the ones coming out, all hell may have broken loose.

Food really average, nobody finished their meal. Very affordable but it cost them the quality. Won't be back.

very dissapoiting visit. food was cold and took a long time. wrong order was served. correct table was not set despite calling well in advance. service was moderate however two waiters stood out the most and were very nice and friendly

I had the scotch fillet steak, quite tasty with the peppercorn sauce. Vegetables were near raw, I don't mind them firm but the brussel sprout was blanched to make it warm then removed from the pot, very, very crunchy. Pleasant enough for a pub.

Portions are very small for the price and the meal took quite a while to get to us. My mother ordered a gluten free fish of the day meal, asking for the vegetables option, if the other option of chips and salad wasn't gluten free. All she got was a tiny bowl of salad instead. The meals themselves weren't overwhelmingly good, I've had a lot better. Will go somewhere else in the future.

Went for a meal tonight with the family. I ordered the Spanish paella my wife Sharon ordered the tandoori chicken stack and the young bloke had the Parma. The service was very friendly and quick, food was excellent and prices were more than reasonable for the quality. The missus inadvertantly left her glasses on the table and our waitress Tenielle raced out to the carpark with them before we left

The Nook Cafe is terrific. The food is always fresh, very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend a meal at the Nook.
