We very recently bought a new commodore from Ballarat Holden. Our experience with everyone there was absolutely fantastic especially Justin who sold us the car. I had taken my R8 wagon in before my last visit, and all was ok. However, just prior to Xmas I took it in again for a service, went to pick it up, drove about 3kms and engine overheated and water pouring out. I had the tim9ng belt changed, and thought hello someone has forgotten to tighten the hoses. Rang service, thy sent a tow truck. Got back was told radiator issues. Went home and came back following day. Was then told it's corroded, and pay up including tow. The top is plastic, it doesn't corrode. They had to take radiator out to service the car and change the belts. Not happy. Will not use them again, or recommend them.

I have been a customer of this outlet, in purchasing a 2nd hand car via the internet. Their approach and service to me was with the utmost respect and as the 3 mth warranty has now finished with no issues what so ever, give my review a 5 star rating

Stereotypical used car salesmen. Advertised features that didn't exist, took advantage of my naivety, pressured me into making the deal one I was there. They did honour their limited warranty on the lemon they sold me, but it only went so far, and I had to return specifically to them for all services and mechanical problems. I learned some expensive lessons.
