Every week I yearn for the 8:43am 546 from Nicholson/Alexandra to H’berg and then the 3:30pm return to be on time, if it is ever to arrive at all 💔

Why do your busses 556 bus leave Epping station when people are trying to cross the road at the lights ?this is a common occurancelike today bus due to leave at 552 left at 551 whilst I was crossing the road from the train station

Hanging Rock Concert - Fabulous experience. Went to Midnight Oil concert on 4th November and took bus from Woodend to the venue. Very well organised, despite long queues we soon boarded. Helpful and pleasant staff made for a very enjoyable experience. The good wishes for a great night enhanced the journey. The return journey was even more pleasant with staff smiling and speaking to passengers while we waited. Announcer kept updating us on bus arrivals and with good humour, this helpful information ensured we all stayed patient and relaxed while waiting. Well done Dyson, you are a credit. Shifting large numbers of people can't be easy and you and the team did a fantastic job. Thank you.

The 546 (Heidelberg to melb uni) route is unreliable, never on time and the bus drivers rude. The driver today drove off from the Swanston St stop as I was running to it with less than 10 metres distance. The most annoying thing was that he had seen me frantically wave to him.
Additionally there is never a ptv notification if a service is cancelled. Given they only run every 30 minutes, the service is appalling.response / report this review -

Edit: Thank you very much for helping me to get my lost wallet back and that too within 12 hours of losing it.

The bus on my commute home the 555 to Northland at 5:18 from work is consistently late or a no show. The one before is the same. Using the PTV app is unreliable as the service is show the same times as the schedule and again doesn't show. Will be lodging a complaint with ptv. What is the point of a schedule. terrible service

I left a device on the bus but a cleaner might have took it ;( very sad but if i do receive it i will rate it 4.5 stars and tell what you have done work on and need improving on

I get to my bus stop at Ames street /Brunswick east to catch the 504 to moone ponds- 7.31am bus 10mins early every day as the bus is always early and never waits- (very annoying what's the point of having a timetable when the times are never stuck to) to today it just not even turning up - or if it did it was 15minutes earlier than the scheduled time!! Extremely annoying has made me late for work and I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue!!

Even after visiting some 43 (ish) countries, i have never experienced a more unreliable public transportation system. You guys have a QA team?? Notoriously, and consistently pathetic

More sunday buses would be appreciated that ran from plenty rd tram down to thomastown or lalor train station.
