Tonight I got to experience one of your bus drivers lack of care for other road uses where he would not let me merge into traffic instead he block me with a Ventura bus and nearly hit my car.
At 5:28pm today I was merging from the Monash freeway at Wellington road and had my indicator on to merge into bumper to bumper traffic, however your incompetent bus driver was too stubborn to let me in instead he sat up the back of another car slowly creeping forward and nearly hit my car. As I said to him that we have to stop and give way to buses why won't you let me in? So I took a photo of him and the rego of the bus to show you how he represents your company.
His bus was in "no service" at the time and his rego was 8266AO and he was Indian/Sri Lankan origin. He had no care for anyone but himself.response / report this review -

Hours state 7-5 been calling since 8, and no answer all numbers you call just ring out. in an emergency this is shocking service.

I rode on Bus no. 1164 (route 767) today from Southland, along Chesterville Road, Cheltenham. It would have to be the worst bus, I have been in for some time. The whole Bus rattled and shook and the noise was unbearable. Please either service it, or retire it.

When I use them, the charters and the public transport is fine.
But I wish them to stop parking their buses right outside Allcott Hire, it is annoying for people on the bloody road!response / report this review
