Very dirty, only one toilet roll for 6 guests for 2 days, no dishwash liquid, sheets don't fit the beds, bunks and second beds not made up, heat doesn't work properly, a staff member snappy, outside deck has empty beer bottles and rubbish, shower head broken, pillows so so very uncomfortable, DVD player doesn't work, kettle full of dead ants, beds uncomfortable, junk up in cupboards, no extra blankets or pillows, front gates don't work properly so u have to get in an out of car every single time. Roomy and nice pool.

Cleaning could have been better. Found discarded cotten bud in bathroom. Mould in shower. Only had 1/8 of a bottle of handwash. Only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet.

My wife booked more than three months in advance. Due to unforeseen circumstances we cancelled giving over two months notice. We were informed on cancellation that we would be slugged $ 50. This was not communicated at the time of the booking. My wife contacted the office to speak to a manager, no phone call just an email a couple of days later. This was on a powered site.
Updated 23 January: still no reply from the manager.
Other caravan parks we have compared cancellation fees are on average $25.00.

My parents have stayed in the same cabin here on holidays for years. The last few times the cabin has been running down into disrepair. The shower door is broken, light in loungeroom keeps turning on and off, toilet seat wobbled, screen door missing, bottom step to cabin broken off and jacked up with a BRICK! The cabin also wasnt cleaned. Despite notifying management a number of times over the years nothing has been done. My parents will not be returning.

My husband and I stayed here with my boys, (2 young children) they put is in a Cabin that backed the Freeway!!! The Cabin was very basic and tired - luckily it wasn't too hot as only one aircon unit at front of cabin would not have cooled it down.
The girl of reception (backpacker) was lovely, but wasn't able to move us - We stayed here for 2 of the 3 nights but would not stay the 3rd, eventually was told that I would get a refund for the third night (though still chasing that up with the manager!)
The Dromana Holiday Village was expensive for what is was - I would NOT stay here again and would recommend sleeping in your car!
