  I was recently in the "Coolart" wing of the Bays. Wow. Nice modern clean room. The staff were excellent. I had 4 nurses look after me during my stay. Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff. The check in/out staff were efficient and friendly. Well done.

  I can not fault The Bays Hospital at all. The staff were amazing. They did not skip a beat. They were so professional, they took care of my newborn and I in every way possible. I will most definitely be having my second baby there. They took care of us so well that I felt guilty. After my experience there I could see why the maternity unit is considered one of the finest in the country, and why Medibank Private customers awarded it as the Highest Rated Maternity Unit in Australia. I can not recommend The Bays enough.
