Saddened that SOME the staff in the ward I was waiting in, stood around in a group of 5 gossiping about other staff and a patient that had walked past. Also one of the nurses argued over the phone with another nurse about some sort of bed arrangement. You should probably fix the fact there is too many patients to nurses/staff as everyone is under stress and pressure. My experience was okay, and had many nice staff smiling at me and the kids :)

I can not fault this hospital. I had both my babies there (2.5 years ago and again, 1.5 years ago) and they are amazing.
My partner has been admitted to emergency 3 times due to unfortunate circumstances. They have the most incredible team - the doctors are extremely thorough and very professional and patient.

I can not praise this hospital enough. The staff, and teams are incredible.

This place is like a horror movie. Not the nursing staff but the people in charge. Being left in foyer and sent home via taxi with no care in place for disabled daughter. Now just refuse to admit her even under Dr orders. Failing of Duty of Care. Absolute disgrace.

In general the emergency department at this hospital was good. The nurse and doctor are good at what they do. The only downside was the reception because they were like dead zombie people their behaviour was like if they don't want to be here.

I was surprised how beautiful this hospital is. Great staff looks after u like family. They are humble and knowledgeable. Hospital is clean and definalty tops in my books.

Just been discharged after being taken to there by ambulance 3 days ago. Cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and doctors who attended to and treated me.

i had to stay there for three nights. every night the staff would feed me brussel sprouts . although they handled my situation extremely well. at night i had to get my blood pressure taken the nurse that worked there was so nice and gentle i recommend this hospital. if you are prepared to wait that is.

Tried to tell staff nurses & drs I couldn't handle my pain with gallbladder problem but they kept asking me what is wrong so I repeated it until I lost my composure. I'm very sorry. I am at a loss & still sick

Called today to see how protracted the wait is in Emergency so a very sick, elderly patient could decide whether to chance Frankston Public or pay the exorbitant fee to be seen at Peninsula Private. All I received from the woman at Frankston Hospital who answered my call was a bellicose dissertation on how she was not going to walk all the way to the other side of the hospital to find out (not that I had asked her to take a single step) and that the other Department “was too busy to take a call”. Nice to see the best that my tax dollars can buy is service with a snarl.

Thank you for looking after me when I had a stroke. (little one)
Your staff service, from reception to the one "kicking" me out, was excellent. And that was every one. Every one had a smile to offer and asked if they could help. I for one could not ask for anything better.
The food was absolutely brilliant. Heaps and tasty.
Only one thing I would like to ask you.
In the ward I was allocated, the Air Condition went above the window was VERY noisy all night. During the day you dont notice but at night it is bad.
I have worked in the industrial and commercial A/C industry for 40 + years and know this can be fixed.
The rattle comes from the went and it seams to increase with the external wind speed.
May I suggest that maybe external pressure is entering duct system via fresh air intake or if system is configured with economy system.
Please look into it as it was very annoying.

Me and my family have been dealing with 2 west and the emergency department at Frankston hospital for years long long time and my brother was desperate for help and he was turned away every time These doctors did not help my brother I told them this would happen I told everyone no one listened and now his gone :( my dear brother suffered beyond belief thanks to yous and the Frankston hospital who refused to see him time and time again , Please if you have family members with mental illness try everything in your power to take them to another Hospital because my little brother is now dead and nothing is going to bring him back! Thank you very much government for your lack of support which we begged for Rest in peace Michael Angelo Charalmbous :(
