  I go here a lot it's not too bad considering the price you pay but it's pretty dirty and can get smelly and there's no air con.

  Good gear but it's like being in a gym in Asia. A LOT (80%) of the clients I saw on a couple of casual visits are all Asian kids who think they're cool. Few are roided up but if you want to feel like a foreigner in your own country go here. Arrogant little turds. Even in winter it was hot and stuffy, toilets were filthy.
  Trained here a few times as near the hotel I stay in but not great

  I went to see the CBD Location on last Saturday and the guy on the reception asked me to discover the gym by myself which i think was not good going in alone. Also, after I did the tour by myself and told him I'd like to join but he didn't realise that cuz something was more important on his phone then customer service 🤔

  A man lifted me over his head and spun me around, causing me to lose control of my butt. It shut him up, and he ran to the showers like a baby. I calmly returned to finishing my Tae-Bo sesh.

  Great Gym. $10 Casual make this the cheapest in Melbourne. Friendly staff, clean toilets, heaps of equipment, hot as hell and a giant 3D mural of Arnie on the wall, a nasty $3 double shot of Pod Coffee and it's PB time- what more can you ask for, a real gym

  I love this gym! In a unique space of 4 connecting tunnels; it's hot, dirty, stinky and trashy. You could not ask for a better or real place to work out. Come here for a real workout. Just dirt and sweat!

  First and last ever visit. Boxing Day 2016.
  
  Rude female and male staff at front desk.
  
  Zero aircon and ventilation. The place was boiling hot!
  
  Did I mention super rude staff at front desk? Nice way to win repeat business!!!
  
  Do not waste your time or money.
