very happy overall with my new roller door. works fantastic, looks great, quiet, wait was worth it and the price was reasonable. all of the staff were friendly too.

only thing im annoyed about is the 2 large piles of wet cement and rubble that were left in my driveway. im covered in mud from trying to clean it, it's incredibly heavy and it's sticking to my driveway. it would have just been nice to know id be left with that, would have put a tarp down or something.

Tried this company out for one of my properties. Was asked to make payment up-front. Paid invoice and then waited 8 weeks to be booked in. Contractor then stood up my tenant and they tried to bill me another call-out fee. Re-booked and then was told that they needed to quote a whole new system. No communication what-so-ever as to why this was. Got another opinion from another contractor and had the system repaired for a few $$.
Totally poor experience overall and found I had to do all the legwork to get the work booked in and completed, after paying their invoice upfront.

If you are looking for garage door and gate . This is the best option as it will reduce the cost as well as time. Good service. Happy with the product too.

Problem was resolved although it was a few days later, updated my review to give them some credit for assisting us.

Previous message:We’re new property owners who got our garage door with RJ Garage, installation wasn’t done properly so we just moved in on the weekend. Called up and told them it doesn’t work and doesn’t even lock, was told that it’s cost $400 for them to come now otherwise wait until next week. I find it ridiculous how it can’t be fixed under warranty as emergency because anyone could literally open our garage door right now.

Terrible experience in the year 2017, I made the order and paid the deposit in August, now is November, the job haven't finished yet. I indeed could not understand their working process, how can be that slow! I have given all my patient and now no one reply me how long I still need to wait! I'm really doubt whether I can see the completed door by the end of this year!

Very efficient from the phone call to arrange as service, to having to install a new motor b/c the previous owners did not look after the one they had. The tech that came out clearly knew his products and the new motor installation, and service was was done professionally.

My Insurance Co asked RJ Garage Doors to expeditiously fabricate and install a roller door due to particular circumstances (not relevant at this point). Cat, Amanda and the team had this done and more. The followup and delivery were exactly as promised. It was made and installed within just over a week; which normally takes about 3 weeks or so for a door. I have no words to show my appreciation to you all and your Company for your professionalism for treating me as a person and just another customer . Well done guys and thank you all very much.

RJ Garage Doors have looked after my requirements so well I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who requires a garage door or the service or repair of one. The price and service was excellent which you will go a long way to find in any company today. Many people talk about poor tradespeople and jobs not completed to their satisfaction. With RJ Garage Doors for me this was not the case and I am more than happy to recommend them.

Purchased garage door from RJ doors. The sales person was very polite and accommodating. Installation only took couple of hours. Couple of weeks ago had small issues with the recivier on the roller door, RJ doors replaced the unit immediately with no hassles. So far very happy with the service. Thanks team

After dealing with a number of other similar companies to get quotes and even just someone to look at my door, I came across RJ Doors. From start to finish they were outstanding and provided exceptional customer service. Amazing service. Nathan called to say he was on his way (and he was on time). He knew exactly what was needed and asked for permission to remove things in its way. He was done in about 40 minutes. Explained everything fully and made sure all was working smoothly before he left. Definitely recommend these guys! 👍👍👍👍

I am writing to commend one your staff Abe Hill, for his professionalism. I made a few random calls to get quotes for a roller door for my back gate. Abe was the most approachable person among three people. He then visited to give me a quote. He was punctual (a very good trait in a tradesman), polite and honest. I accepted his quote. Following that, we hit a snag with power. I was going to cancel the motor component of the order but he made some good suggestions, apparently with your help, for me to discuss with the electrician. The problem is not resolved yet but I am sure that it will be, with yours and Abe's help.

What impressed me about this young man is his genuine and honest approach. He didn't claim to know it all and gave credit where credit is due (to you). He is a credit to RJ Garage Doors.
