I cannot warn against going with this company strongly enough. They were quick to take my money then never turned up to pick up the order. When I contacted them via phone to ask what was going on they were rude and unhelpful. The second time I called, the woman hung up on me after I explained who I was. So disappointing. We have reported to Consumer Affairs.

Worst experience ever. Took my money speedily but then my furniture remained stuck in Melbourne for over 7 weeks. Rarely did they answer calls or emails,except to ask for more money . did nothing to address numerous excuses for fresh start removals delays. job issues kept spiralling.in the end I paid a second company to rescue my things.
Terrible customer service and care factor zero for us being without furniture for 7 weeks and paying for lame non existent delivery.we'd still be waiting if up to them.
