A fast, professional service, they went the extra to get the site cleaned. Stayed until just gone 9pm. Will be using them again and would recommend the service to anyone.

Sad to say they let us down. Sent photos of ALL we wanted taken - they quote, we accepted. They arrived on time on the day - good so far! Sadly it ended there. There were 14 photos showing what we wanted gone - they took 4 photos worth, As they were getting ready to go I looked out and saw some by our front area and they grabbed that one then stated that they dont take concrete or soil and that we had too many tyres. I noted they had not taken a pile in our side paddock and they intimated that was not in photos, I confirmed it was and they said they would come back. As they drove out I noticed another pile down the back left also. I called them and they came back and took that one. This left 6 photos worth of things not taken. we called them and they came back today took 1 more pile, complained and grumbled to us - about time taken, money etc - not our issue! We called Manager and he said they would give us $200 back as they had not completed job - when we called to give details the guy was pretty bad - needless to say unfinished job and no money back - during his tirade in this last contact he said they took extra things - they took 1 thing extra but left many that as per photos supplied to him were in the priced quote he supplied, unprofessional, not very good attention to detail with removal and very poor service if I could give no stars I would.

I recommend this company - very responsive to both telephone and email inquiries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price quoted for a last minute small rubbish removal job.
However they really need improvement in dealing with accounts. I was overcharged accidentally and it has already been 6 days after I was promised a refund, still haven't got it. I suggest paying by cash only if you can.response / report this review -

Rang on Friday to book for them to remove rubbish, they were booked in for Monday at 1030am, didn’t show up so I called, only to be told we live to far out & they won’t do it (15 Minutes from Penrith) however their business card clearly advertises “ALL SUBURBS 24/7” This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! The guy then had the audacity to LIE & say he’d been trying to call Being in business is tough but conducting your business this way is the worst kind of exposure!!

The level of professionalism these guy show is above and beyond. After seeing the TYR men on more then 200 jobs the way they leave the site clean and the respect they show the clients has never changed Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone if need something removed I suggest u give them a call
