  Would not recommend. Movers were 50 minutes late. Both movers were slow paced. We had to help move everything and set a decent pace. Movers took the scenic route and took half an hour longer than us getting from one house to another . Mover insisted on payment on the spot after completion of the job however later we received an invoice from My Moovers. Only gave 1 star as all our items were delivered safely and in tact.

  I chose them for my move from the good reviews I’ve read online. It was a serious mistake. They arrived 1 hour late and brought a truck that couldn’t load 50% of our belongings. (We have a 1-bedroom unit.) It took me 4 additional trips in my own car to finish our move after they left.
  
  Furthermore, our boxes and possessions were dropped repeatedly. TV, boxes with ‘fragile’ sign, etc. I thought I was going to have a heart attack seeing how they threw our boxes here and there.
  
  The professionalism wasn’t there either. They couldn’t speak English - it was really hard to communicate throughout the move. No covid-19 measure like masks or gloves. No cleaning up afterwards after they stepped into the new place with dirty shoes. It was a really bad experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

  When I booked the truck I was told that all the furniture was going to fit into the truck but it actually took 2 trips because the actual truck was too small. They turned up with a very old and small truck and it took 9 hours to do move a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 2.5 hours quoted (and this is because I was working as well otherwise it would have taken way longer!). Both the old and new address were in Sydney at only 20km distance!

  Never hire it again and don’t recommend to anyone. Unprepared slow movers and terrible post sales service.
  
  The staff was friendly, however totally unprepared. They arrived with a leased truck bigger than necessary, but without the essential equipment. The staff seemed very inexperienced, slow and didn’t know how to move the furniture. The time to bring fridge and wash machine upstairs, it was a disaster, I had to help them, otherwise they would not be able to do it. In the end, the removal took two hours longer than I expected and to sum that up, I got a complaint from the neighbours about a damaged light fitting (photos attached).
  For those I would give them three stars, but here is main problem: they answer fast to sell their services but don’t care about your problem after the job is done. I’m trying to contact the company about it, but once I say that is a problem, they put me on hold and don’t answer back, this happed many times, totally disgraceful. Very bad service, I will never hire it again and don’t recommend to anyone, even if it cheaper, don’t worth it: I end up pay more for the extra time spend and another for the damage by myself (which was the removalist responsibility).

  Please beware for this movers They are Very Very Highly unprofessional with no experience of moving goods, Their price is very high I thought they are professional and they will provide us good service as they promised but in reality is totally different, they have hired bunch of college student from India and they don't have any experience in moving goods and they barely concern about damage and loss of your goods, didn’t have the correct equipment to carry out the moving and extremely slow to clock on more hours so they can charge!!!. The movers have damaged my goods, my Fridge, TV unit, coffee table and tall boy, mattresses. They have promised us that they will provide us mattress covers and insurance for damage. As per communication but when later I have asked for my damage cover they did not give any details about the insurance and later I have raise this issue with fair trading, but they also not able to resolve my issue because whenever fair trading guys try to talk to mymoover company they have not answer their calls and email. so please i have genuine request from reader please don't go with this company for your valuable goods otherwise at the end you will loose your money and valuable goods.
