  Used this company to have our piano delivered not only did we wait 3 months for delivery but they delivered the wrong piano!!!! Still waiting for our correct piano to be delivered 4 months later!!! They promise delivery but on the day there is always an excuse.
  Would not recommend this company at all they are untrustworthy crooks.

  Incredibly disappointed with this company. We booked Knopps Removals to assist with moving house as we only had a 24 hour window between moving into our new home and the settlement of our old house. After taking our booking and deposit, no one arrived to move our belongings. After us calling them (half an hour after they should have arrived) we were firstly advised there were issues with their truck. When we offered to hire a truck with their assistance to move our heavy items, we were advised they had staffing issues. This caused immense stress as we did not have anyone able to assist us at such short notice. I can’t emphasis enough, DO NOT hire this company if you want reliable service and decent people looking after your belongings. This move has been an absolute nightmare due to their lack of professionalism and regard for their customers. Would give them zero stars if possible.

  Chooka and Tyson worked so hard to ensure all our stuff was packed into the storage container in a safe and orderly manner, wrapping up things in storage blankets that needed that extra bit of care. They really did do an amazing job and were a pleasure to meet and do business with. We could not have made a better choice - we now have 100% confidence in Knopps and the services they provide.

  I was threatened by the owner Leigh Knopp, he is very aggressive & unprofessional. I was scared for my life to be honest, STAY AWAY!!

  Terrible service. First the driver was half a day late, waited till 8pm only he arrived. Then two guys came to help move our stuff to the truck. This two guys used our bathroom, made a mess and worst of all stole some of our things in the apartment. One of the guy came drunk holding a bottle of alcohol. Obviously should not be working. I was scared for my life tbh. On top of that damaged our fridge and dining table. another one of our things went missing. It was a nightmare. Would not recommend and never using them again. Overcharged for this type of service.

  We were recommended to use this company by family member. We moved from Echuca to Qld. On day of removal the employees were very unprofessional one even spent most of the morning expressing his dislike of the boss in colorfully language. Also useing our toilet and leaving it dirty to be found by the real estate agent. On delivery day we were delivered damaged items broken plant's and items mixed with other peoples belongings the guys he hired to deliver our items in Qld were just as disgusted at the state of the packing and the level of items broken and damage. When my husband spoke to Leigh the boss were we asked if we took out insurance for our belongings to be moved as his insurance does not cover for damage we were lead to believe when you pay alot of money to a removalist that they have insurance and our belongings will be delivered to us the way they were taken. At this stage we have had no answer as to why the damage had occurred or how he plans on fixing the problem, please be aware when using this company.

  I hired Knopps Removals for my move from Echuca to Preston. I don't know why the average rating on Google Reviews here is low, but I thought good service deserves to be known. Leigh (the boss) was very professional from the start. His team arrived on time, and they were so cheerful, helpful, proactive and efficient. I've never seen moving happen so speedy - they loaded the truck in an hour, and unloaded the truck at the new place within half an hour. Everything was in great condition and there was no damage as they were very careful, wrapping my things in blankets and securing them snugly. I would recommend them to others. They are so good compared to other removalists my friends have hired (within Melbourne) who charge lower hourly rates but take their time to load everything because there is no incentive to be quicker. Knopps made it very easy, saved me a lot of time and my lower back is free to enjoy another day!
