  Prompt response and quote for vehicle, kept me informed when tow truck on the way. Very efficient removal and handover process, would recommend, particularly if you are on a short deadline to remove vehicle.

  After my car broke down on my way from Melbourne to sydney near Goulburn, i called several car removal services but no one was ready to pick it up except Car Removal. I got my car picked up the next day morning and they gave me a really good price. I would highly recommend this service.

  Definitely a 5 star for their excellent service. I rang them at 5pm in the afternoon for a car salvage, they already organized the driver to pick up my car at 7am on the next day. Especially, thanks to Odey for his assistance. I am quite amazed by their prompt and professional service.

  A bit nervous as first time using a wrecker, a few dodgy operators out there it seems, and plenty of fake google reviews too (yes it's my first review, but I'm actually genuine!). Thankfully these guys delivered the goods, no complaints at all, although they offered cash, not sure that's allowed in NSW. Anyway, that misunderstanding was soon cleared up, I filled in the form (including me writing in the quoted price), they transferred the quoted amount and txt'd me the receipt before I handed over the key. Off went the old car, goodbye old friend, you served us well. Money appeared in bank a few hours later, very satisfied customer making departing with Alfie a happy experience. Genuine thumbs up.

  Oday, who came and picked up my car was friendly, efficient and arrived exactly on time. The specified window was 8-9 am. Oday was there at 8 on the dot.

  With so many dodgy operators in this business I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this service to others. The initial call/quote range was fair and upon arrival the p/up driver was very professional. Within minutes of him doing the paperwork the money was deposited into my account electronically and an email receipt was sent too. Keep up the great work.

  Contacted 10+ places before deciding to with this company. Highest price offered for my 23 year old car. Amazing communication answered every question I had in a timely and professional manner. Extremely flexible pick up service. Payment sent through within an hour of pickup. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to scrap their car and looking for a great price and service.
