  Good facilities! But right next to a busy road and under a flight path! Not peaceful at night at all!

  This park is more about permanents and expensive chalets. The van and camping sites are neglected and need some love. It's not bad but not great either. Swan Valley is beautiful though so the location is very good.

  Park is out of town and in pleasant surroundings of vineyards but not too far from Perth. Staff are very efficient and sites are beautiful.

  Perfect to end the journey if you are to return the camper van on the next day. Close to the airport and close to the Wildlife park.

  Best Camping in Swan Valley. Avoid the places just close to the reception. Ask for other places.

  I visit someone who lives here. From what I can see it is mostly older people who live here permanently. The tent area is right on the side of a main road. Needs a big fence maybe.

  My wife and I were looking forward to staying here but were incredibly disappointed. We arrived to find that the unpowered sites had been lined up on the fence, a metre away from a major road (Banara Rd) which is flooded constantly with cars and trucks at all hours of the night. We had to pack up and leave by 10pm because it was literally impossible to sleep. The next day we went to return the keys and explained the situation to the customer service woman, who did not care about our situation and refused to offer any sort of refund or service. We effectively paid for accomodation at this Big4 that we could not use and were forced to find elsewhere to stay. We were extremely disappointed not only with the set up of the park and the tent areas, but especially with the poor customer service we received. This is considering that we have stayed at other Big4's and absolutely loved them.

  Last minute decision to stay and glad we did:-) Lovely clean room, cabin was in excellent condition and a/c in every room. Thanks for a nice stay.
