Perfect location, big parking, toys and babies products in one roof. The only problem is that even everything they sell is mostly for children they don't have children's toilet facilities( you know small toilet) or at least some steps for children to reach the vanity to wash their hands would be handy.
They have is normal toilets and table change for babies. Prices competitive and variety of products.response / report this review -

Toys R us is a great place to give me ideas for childcare centre. I think from an affordability standpoint it's quite expensive however from ideas perspective great place to be!!!

Bought a Tricycle from here for my child, I found it broken when we opened it, brought it back and the staff said that it wasn't under "warranty" and didn't give us a refund or replacement. Yesterday I contacted the ACCC about this matter and are still waiting for response. I would not risk buying anything from this store, unless your willing to go all the way to court to receive your product fairly. Thank you

It's more Babies R Us than Toys R Us, possibly because the kids and teens toys are pretty pricey and parents are loathe to give their kid $30 of pocket-money to blow on one thing. (Though, they do have very good sales when they realise a product is no longer selling.) I noticed a lack of electronics-and-games department last time I was there, which is a shame, as that was where I liked to get my nephew his Pokemon stuff. (And my own Pokemon stuff, to be honest. Never grow up!)

The staff are rude and very hard to deal with. We purchased a car seat and was told there is a 2 to 4 week wait and 5 weeks later we keep getting told it is flagged and on its way. The baby will be here before the car seat. Avoid this shop!!!

Great customer service from Jess, I was looking for a particular toy, the system was showing a stock holding, Jess searched the store, checked out the back and took my details. Jess did call me when they received a new delivery and had put one aside for me. First class customer service Thank You
