  Many of the staff are rude and difficult to talk to for any help. Though few of them are nice. Although this branch is closer to my house but I always prefer to go to Bunnings Dandenong where I have experienced better customer service.

  Avoid this place if you can. Can't get through the drive through loading bay for people parking there and shopping in main store. Matters made worse by pallets lying all over the place. All this is stopping you getting close to timber racks and manoeuvring your way round. Older staff were friendly in the past, just dealt with a young guy who was rude and had a bad attitude. Not worth the hassle shopping here, go to your local builders merchant it's much quicker and more friendly.

  You can pretty much guarantee what you want isn't in stock, just an empty shelf. Best to avoid on a Saturday as it is extremely busy and hard to get in and out of the carpark, I'd recommend parking away from the bunnings end and walk down.

  Return yesterday Hardwood because timber was not straight. I replaced with same size timber. I have been asked by Team member why are you replacing same size timber then he physically checked faulty timbers which is ok with me but after that she was suggesting me do this and that basically she doesn't want to make refund and team member was giving mysterious smile to me.
  Rude Team members for sure. Customer expectations & Quality of product not aligned with Bunnings Service.
  Not going to this Bunnings

  Will never use this location again. Was locked in the timber yard at one minute past 5pm only to discover they were out of stock. No one would let me out. I waited several minutes and then opened the gate myself. The place is a mess. The staff is rude, prices are high and nothing is organized. Aisles are cluttered with displays and overpriced junk. I will stay away from this bunnings using every available option.

  Septic sludge hole with rude staff. Aisles are blocked up. Overpriced and out of stock. Guess they can afford to be as they're the only one in town anymore. Could not get out of there fast enough.

  Was at Bunnings (the garden shed section with all the pot plants, soils etc) today at about 4:30pm and what I observed was atrocious. If anyone from Bunnings reads this please speak to your staff, (especially the lady standing at the entrance to the shed and the one at the till) they were rude women and were really demeaming to people. At some point I stood there and just looked on in astonishment. After demeaning a customer they casually chat about as if it is something to be proud of.
  If that's how your customer service is, that is so sad. That is not how you treat people and someone at Bunnings needs to address this.
