I can't call this place a "business". If I've read all the other comments I wouldn't be stuck with them for weeks. At the end, I had to call for help from the Consumer Affairs to get my refund back.
Please stay away from this place as far as possible as they run on lies. When they say that they have your parts in stock, don't BELIEVE them and don't send them the money. When they get your money, it's the end of their services. All you get right after is lies after lies. Stock in transit -lie/Stock damaged in transit=lie/Stock got lost=lie/give a refund=lie/money is in your bank=lie/.good luck guys!

Sadly this business provided the worst online experience I've ever had. Failed to provide correct part, failed to acknowledge the return and failed to refund any of the amount paid. Every interaction in trying to remedy the situation was frustrating and ultimately failed. AND, at 85% of new cost, I would suggest expensive. Never again!

Bloody RIP off and rude service. Make sure you don’t pay first. These guys ask for payment first so be careful. when I asked them to show me the parts I wanted and I will make the payment he denied saying we has exactly what I need. Brings the part but not the colour I wanted and tells me to paint that and use it. Even the mirror I got from here was expensive, charged me $200 but other bloke was selling it for $120..
    Total rip off..

Fantastic, quick and cheap (in a good way). Had my mirror smashed by someone on my 370Z, they had the part in the colour I needed and had it sent out the same day. With 24 hours I had a working mirror (with two scratches that weren’t mentioned when I purchased it but what do you expect from a wrecked car?).
    Thanks Niss4X4!

Never had a company get me so fired up before. Rang these guys up asking for an exhaust manifold and was told no worries, they have one in stock and we will send it out that day so I payed them over the phone.

Waited two weeks before I rang. Rang them every day for a week, each time got stuffed around on the phone being put on hold and passed around to different people.

Finally got a hold of the office lady who gave me a tracking number. After a few days I checked the tracking and it said it was still in vic. I rang the freight company and was told the part had not been picked up from the shop

Another few days of trying to get a hold of someone and having to put up with rude pricks in the workshop, being put on hold and never picking the phone back up, finally got onto a different lad who was extremely helpful and apologetic and told me they never even had the part in stock!!!! He got my payment details and refunded me everything that day. The whole ordeal went on for over 5 weeks. All that time having my ute off the road.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very rude customer service! About 3 weeks ago I bought some parts and as this was my first experience in buying car parts I didn't know that these people are shifty and sells damaged and broken parts so I bought the parts that I needed and took it to the mechanic the same day and he told me that the parts are damaged and broken and I needed it to change it.the following week I took the parts back to wrecker and he told me he didn't have any other ones to swap it and I was forced to buy a brand new one and after that I brought the broken and damaged parts to the wrecker for a refund and he refused to refund it and started to make excuses that I didn't buy it from this wrecker because it didn't have any mark even though I had the invoice. So what is worser than refusing to refund he then went to insult me by saying " you are lucky to be in this country " boy I was shocked to hear those words from a person who himself is from Middle East a country where there is constant civil war. However this was my first time buying from him and also will be my last time from this wrecker. Unbelievable. Very shifty and very very rude. Pay a little more for ur parts and buy the right parts from somewhere else so one day you don't have to encounter this kind of people. Would not recommend to buy from this wrecker.

Don't even bother coming here, I saw parts on there gumtree adds and thought id come and have a look. Got to the counter for some some to just say what do you want and when I asked they told me that everything was gone. I asked why they didn't update the adds and just told me i should have rang even tho i saw about 25 navars with bullbars and other parts advertised online.

And if you read this Niss 4x4 you need to organize you company and learn some manners.

We had a breakdown with our Nissan Urvan, Niss 4X4 seemed to be the only dealer who had the gearbox we needed. The price of 850$ was to high. After we were able to pick it up we brought it on the 5 hour trainride to where our car broke down. The mechanics there told us that this is the gearbox for the 2L engine but we ordered one for a 2.4L engine. Also the invoice was about a 2.4L engine. We had to drive all the way back to Melbourne and back to our car a few days later. Niss 4x4 sent the right gearbox on their costs to the mechanic, which arrived 2.5 days later then predicted.
In total we had extra costs of 250$ because of the train tickets (not included the days we couldn't start our job). The email in which we asked for a partly price refund because of all the trouble we had was simply ignored.
    Never again!

Unhelpful and Rude. Staff member would rather ask redundant questions and sigh instead of explaining themselves. Asked a simple question and was told I had no idea what I'm talking about rather than any drive of conversation. Was met with more hostility and arguments after saying i didn't appreciate being talked to in the manner that i was. If i could give less than one star i would.

After reading other reviews it seems like many other people have had the same issue. I agree with their sentiment as to avoid this business if you intend on having an informative and rewarding business dealing. Customer interaction is not your strong suit so much that you copy and paste a majority of your replies. Surely the rebuttal that this is 'false, cyber bullying, and malicious' is on the way but if so many people have had the same terrible interaction it may be time to look inwards and properly train or lay off the origin of your immense issues.

The guy with the "H" on his hat was on his phone when I walked in. Took a few seconds to look up at me and asked me "What do you want?" I am looking for a 2" receiver hitch. "What is that?" Showed me the closest one and said that is the only size that Nissan's use. Interesting, as if you go to the dealerships they sell 2 sizes(different lengths). Thanks to the the other customer he steered me to another local shop. The guy behind the counter did not know the name or where this place was and it was about a km away. They had what I needed. If this guy would have taken a few minutes he may have made a customer for life. Purchased a Nissan Patrol rig just for off reading 2 weeks ago. I will need parts, but this place is not getting my business again. Feel free to contact me.
