After researching trailers all over Melbourne, and reading the reviews about HC Trailers, I purchased a luggage trailer for our Chauffeur Business. I waited a little longer than I preferred while the trailer was built, however I wasn’t disappointed. I opted for a White trailer, with powder coating to match our white Limo, which has come up a treat.. just looks classy & great when tucked in behind the car. Our customers have commented on how professional it looks as well. I could have possibly saved a few $$$ (just a few) by buying elsewhere, however Gary & the team have certainly lived up to their terrific reputation. so it’s winner winner for me and our Business.

Friendly service and staff, even the yard workers out the back were great. Walked in and left 20 minutes later with a new 7×5 box trailer. Trailer is solid and tows great at freeway speeds and very stable on dirt roads. Very happy customer.

Junk trailers, no way near heavy duty or quality construction.
Problem first started with wiring. Brake wiring simply twisted together and covered with insulation tape, no crimps or soldering to be seen Hence needed to do repairs on the side of the road to get brakes back online Wheels bearing nuts had to be constantly tighten and monitored. As per pictures after the axle snapped in an abnormal spot also discovered bushes missing from suspension resulting in premature and requiring a complete overhaul

Have just had a custom trailer made for us, built to our requirements, and it was no problem for the staff to accommodate all our requests. Staff have been extremely friendly, courteous and patient with us.
Price was great for what we got. Can't wait to take it on the road with us!

Bought a trailer ages ago off these guys.
I had a bolt go missing off the leaf suspension, took my trailer in for them to have a look. They fixed it on the spot free of charge.
Great service.
Very friendly.

The crew at Hoppers Trailers have good engineers and customer service. The prices are competitive and the trailers good quality, of which can be built to personal specifications. Ive had mine for 2.5 years now with no issues. I am in today getting repairs through damage. They are always willing to help out even if they are busy. Would recommend.

I have been dealing with trailers for over 12 years now. A friend of mine recommended me this place and I gave it a shot. The front desk guy Garry, was very informative and was able to answer my questions very clearly.

I can tell that after a brief negotiation I got a decent deal. I would recommend this place.

Top class service. Have compared them to the market and found them to be at the top of the tree for design, manufacturing and technology standards.
Prices compare very favourably with the market particularly when quality is considered. A further plus is that the product is 100% Australian made and not another cheap Chinese import assembled in Australia.

Was a pleasure dealing with Gary and HC Trailers. Had a custom built 7X4 with heavy duty ramp and winch. From first contact to the moment we took our trailer home, I can't fault their service. Gary and staff were extremely helpful, honest and easy going. Quality and workmanship of trailer itself is superb. Powder coating and sand blasting done at a fantastic price. Overall very positive experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and know we'll definitely be going back for any future trailer needs. Not hard to see why they're doing so well!
