Can’t thank raz and his team of well knowledgable mechanics enough for the work on my car. My car came in stock and bland, it didn’t really do it for myself, then I took it to raz and his team for stage 2 and the results speak for itself. An additional 50+ horsepower on a stage 2 tune. My car now feels like it’s my car, feels amazing! Would highly recommend the service this shop provides to anyone who’s after performance upgrades. The work speaks for itself!

Prestige is one of the best places in Melbourne for repairs, servicing and tuning. Very knowledgeable people, resourceful and best customer service. Not expensive at all. I got what I paid for, quality. And the best is, you can be confident that your car is in good hands while you get to experience how it all works in a space that is clean, neat and cool. I will go back soon, for sure!

These guy's, know there thing Like anything, anywhere in life, you pay for what you get, however sometimes there has communication difficulties, but generally gets sorted ASAP! We still have a few thing's to do, #audi monsters in the making Prestige Auto Works Au

Great place to take your Euros and your Supercars! Raz and the team take pride in their work. Don’t get your car serviced at the dealers where they will do things that don’t need doing and charge you for things they don’t do. Take it here for good honest reliable service.

****READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING ANYONE TO WORK ON YOUR**** I have a extensive background in modifying cars and have done a lot myself and now in my busy times have used a lot of mechanic shops. There is some real sly crooks out there and people who will be all nice and glory to your face but when it comes to working on your car suddenly other things pop up. I used these guys for some extensive work from a service to heavy modding of my R8. I have had nothing but constant feedback through messaging (Text and Facebook) videos of the different stages of what my car was at and how things were going. Constant calls and feedback from Raz the director who is very hands on and the amazing hospitality from the whole team including Ray whom is a wealth of knowledge. The biggest stand out which is rare in this industry is the fact that Raz was honest and advised of many ways to save money and not do things that were not needed. This I have never experienced from any mechanical service where they have literally reduced my spend, including dealership service centres. Before I even went and started all this work with Raz I spoke to many other workshops that did specialise in performance vehicles and super cars and yes I found guys that were cheaper; but the thing that got me back was Raz attention to detail and high level of communication. Messaging Raz late at night and calling him on Sundays was no sweat for him he always had me in the loop. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle it was washed and cleaned inside and out and I had three members of his team to assist in showing my how things that were installed worked. No question was too hard. My car well what can I say that will describe it well which is very hard to understand in words only that it’s totally transformed from the polishing of the ports and service to the performance mods all have been done both professionally and without any hitches at all no errors or issues. You would be silly to use someone else other than these guys and if you do you will more than likely return to have these guys fix your issues as I know with modding a car there is always hick ups that most work shop just won’t or can’t fix. I’m always available if you wish to private message me as I have no connection with this team till I used them and will always use them for future even though I’m in berwick 1hr away.

$15,000 on repairs and returned to me as unroadworthy. Taking legal action for Misconduct, misleading, unfair trading, consumer affairs complaints to be lodged for penalty including a civil law suite and a VCAT case in progress.

Could give you plenty of stories but I'll save you the details, first my car was stalling at the lights so took it in and was charged $600 for a vacuum hose which you can buy from repco for $100, $500 in labour? Then driving to work one morning unfortunately past their yard and my car broke down pouring oil all over the road, had no choice but to leave it with them, Raz told me my engine had seized from the major oil leak and my car needed a new engine.
My car was then abandoned outside for literally months on the street after they had stolen all my belongings inside. (They had the keys and my car had not been broken into but somehow my entire car was raided for anything valuable, clothing anything they could take).
Towed my car home and found the fault was a snapped belt that had ruptured an oil line causing the major oil leak and nothing wrong with my engine.
Cost me $700 to fix and in 2 days I was driving again.
If you want to be ripped off I would highly recommend these guys, they'll steal everything they can.response / report this review -

Can only say nothing but great things about Prestige Auto Works!
Customer service was A1 as they kept me in the loop the entire time my Audi was being fixed.
Also - the prices were cheaper than other mechanics I called.
My car was fixed pretty quickly and quite efficiently.
