Would never go back there. They only seem to push the tyres they make money on and now what I need or wanted.

I have taken two different cars here. Had no problem with staff or the works done to the cars. They've done what I've ask for with no hassles.

I'm bumused by all of the negative comments.

Outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

Had 4 tyres fit, balanced and aligned.

Dropped the car off at 8:50am, text received at 10am saying work was done.

Will certainly recommend and return for future work.

Bad customer service. I had my car serviced here, just an oil change. The sale rep insisted on doing the whole package which I didn't need. After I picked up and paid, I noticed that he didn't write the oil change in and sign the log book. Thinking he may have forgotten to do so, I came back and asked. He just said that because I refused the package, so he didn't write down the oil change. To avoid unless you want to take a risk.

They have the worst customer service possible. The make of the car is written on the back of it and they still insisted that it was something else. They have no idea what they are talking about. They double book and they are unreliable. I had the car booked for 8am and they started working on it 11:15am. I was also informed I would be contacted at 10:30am but I was not contacted at all. Stay away from this specific Kmart Tyre and Auto unless you enjoy being messed around.
