Excellent selection of all plant types. Good information and enjoyable surrounds. My favourite nursery in the area.
Great place to relax nice people good plants, they also offer cold lemonade and other soft drinks.
Nice plants, knowledgable staff and healthy plants at competitive prices. If they don't have what uou want they will get it.
What more could one want?
I don't understand the comments about the friendly staff. Each time I've been here, the female staff have been anything but friendly to me. Whenever I asked a question, I get condescending responses and am made to feel stupid for asking the questions. Of course I should know that their soil are located out the back! Angelo and Paul were helpful enough, but I suspect the female staff either have something against small children or Asian women. Perhaps both. I've given this store a few chances now, thinking maybe each time it was because the staff has had a bad day, but think I will stick to my local Bunnings warehouse for now. At least they're friendly and helpful and don't make me feel like I'm taking up too much of their time.
Quite a lot of plant, garden supplies and craft options and is very colorful if nothing else. Good advice on offer and staff are friendly. They have some plant options that are not common elsewhere and big into sustainability.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave me lots of suggestions and ideas. Always love coming here.
Avoid!
I called here earlier this morning to get some pots and see what they had in stock.
The lady on the phone, I think her name was 'Natalie', was getting frustrated at me because I wanted to clarify the sizes were corresponding to the size saucer that I needed.
She was extremely rude, and sounded frustrated at me for asking questions.
I mean, at the end of the day you're supposed to be offering customer service, this is why I rang in the first place.
I going here out of convenience since I was in the area, but since just went to my local, friendlier nursery.
A real nursery with real qualified people.
Fantastic place though would love a coffee while I'm there!
Love this centre, unusual plants and if you're careful, you can get well-priced plants that aren't root bound like the big garden centres. On the whole, great advice, HOWEVER, i ordered some olive plants over 6 months ago. When I initially bought and ordered them, one member of staff, not sure of her name, could barely pull herself away from cleaning the chook house to help. She was only just civil, even getting an eye roll when I asked a question. When I rang a few months later to find out when the plants were coming in, I got a curt"We'll ring you when they come in!" Has to be same lady as every other staff member really lovely. Would have been good to get a follow up call on the order. Still a customer
This place is awesome. The kids love looking at all the plants, it's one of my son's favorite things to do. Great selection of fruit trees, more variety than anywhere else in Melbourne that I know of. Heaps of veg seedlings too. Some really interesting art pieces and some great rustic looking garden beds and designs. Have a look, you will spend hours there.
This is a lovely nursery with a lot of variety (though a little pricey!) and a very pleasant atmosphere. They are especially good for fruit trees and always seem to have lots of stock.
