  Extremely rude and curt male staff member- made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I was merely asking a very standard question regarding pricing for a certain item size. Could Aus Post HQ please take these reviews on board? If Monash University is a world-class university, then at the very least, they should ensure proprietors / managers of this branch can adopt at least some friendly customer service to this outlet. I'd rate it 0 out of 5 stars but it seems I have to give it a minimum of 1 star on this platform. I am deliberately avoiding this post office from now on. Head to the Mt Waverley post office instead- much friendlier and helpful staff there, hands down.

  Rude not-frindely unhelpful While call Center are helpful and advice to visit a branch for certain service Staff in this branch are not aware with very bad attitude

  Rude and arrogant staff. They take advantage of the fact that the shop is inside the University, leaving it as the only option for most students who can not travel. Auspost as an organisation should really take into consideration the behaviour of staff at this branch as it portrays a bad image for the organisation in general because they are unfriendly, unwelcoming and generally sound rude!

  Worst Australia Post I have been to - terrible service (when asked to get help for WWC (Working with Children Check), and specified my details, the staff that was assisting me walked off and left me standing for 5 minutes. Another staff then came and talked quite aggressively until the end of my request.

  Makes you pay for a certified document, $1 per page, other places (excluding post offices) provide this serivce for free. They also reject any passport quality photo for ID that isn't their photo making you pay $12 for their inferior photos.

  Will not come here again.
  Was rudely told by a staff member that wasn't even serving me that I was wasting their time after I had a payment mix up that took 5 mins, at most 10, to clear up outside the store. The store was empty to begin with as well, there was no one in line after me.
  Would not recommend.

  It's good to have it nearby, especially for busy student. However, the photos I got was not as required by embassy. Thanks them they returned my money back.

  Handy to have on campus. Friendly staff. Greeting card selection has reduced recently though.
