I'm quite upset at how the doctors are when it comes to dealing my health concerns.

I presented with an medical issue today and the doctor's advice was that I should 'go to have it checked out'. Isn't that the whole point why I'm there? I waited 1.5 hours to be told that. I walked out with the medical issue unresolved and still suffering from it.

In the past I had heart palpitations - they booked me in to see the nurse for a portable ecg, then the following week decide to do a blood test - even the (lovely) nurse upstairs rolled her eyes when she saw me come back in on the second week wondering why they didn't request it all at once! Then finally they referred me to a cardiologist on the 3rd week - it took 3 weeks! Unbelievable.

Terrible experience, Avoid this place !!!!
The doctor called me a “miserable little girl” and “stupid” and said “I should stop being so lazy & go back to work” after telling him I was very unwell & needed a doctors certificate for that day for my work.
I had never even been to this medical centre before & he had never met me before or knew my history.
I also waited over an hour even though I had made an appointment!
I do have to mention that the two female receptionist were very lovely & helpful !!
Safe to say I’ll never be returning & am extremely upset with my visit.

Would not recommend. Was advised by receptionist not to make appointment as 4pm is quite time. Came in and was told there are three Drs on and 45 min wait. Three hours later advised only one Dr working. Wasn’t worth the wait!

I am a regular here for over 10 years and haven't had too much of an issue except for wait times. Until recently. I have a back injury and was on a care plan for physio seeing Dean Ellis at the Centre. I have had zero improvement really over 2.5 months. All he did was lay me down with a heat pack and the electrode machine all 5 visits and gave me a few minor exercises to do on my own. It was almost like he couldn't be bothered as I wasn't a paying patient. I have since consulted with a few other physios and they agreed that what he did was utterly useless. Its an archaic treatment. Most physios now used active movement etc as treatment. But I am more upset that a few physios have told me I could have completed my care plan with them and perhaps had much better results. Its too late as i can't do this for another year. It was a waste and its been recommended I take the complaint to Medicare.

I never write reviews but I was treated so rudely I couldn't not. I waited 45mins to see a female doctor who had been seeing the same patient for that whole 45mins before me. When I finally got in the room with Dr. Rathna Prasad, I went to speak and she put her hand up to shush me like I was a child. I waited for her to finish what she was typing and then she asked me what was wrong. I said there was two things and before I could say anything more she told me that I'll need to pick one because she doesn't have time for both. I asked her if she was kidding and she said no. I reminded her that she'd just had the previous patient in her room for an entire 45mins before me and she said "Yes but they had important things to talk about". Shocked I said "But you don't even know why I'm here". And she said "well I don't have time for both of your issues, I'm very busy." Again I asked if she was kidding and she said no. I told her I've never been treated so poorly or spoken to so rudely and there's no way I was staying and I walked out. Dr. Rathna Prasad = Worst doctor experience ever. She was so cold, heartless and rude. I only gave one star because it's mandatory, she deserves zero stars.

The doctors are fine but you could be waiting forever. Ive waited here upto 2 and a half hours to see a doctor. Better just pay for a doctor and save the time and stress of waiting

I would like to address Fernando Valencia is a wonderful physiotherapist, he always managed to fix my back and neck every time needed. With this professional everything is excellent.
But unfortunately I have to give a negative score regarding the attention given to patients from receptionist, although I only can speak from myself, it is something the centre should revise and give instructions to treat patients as they are and not judge or give a rude feedback only because someone has to reschedule/cancel.

Been coming here for about 20 years. Yes the wait times are usually terrible, but hey, it's bulk billed. But there are some awesome receptionists, nurses and doctors working here. Dr Muller, Dr's Prasard, Dr Johnston, Dr. D'souza to name a few. Dr Wong certainly has a direct and forthright bedside manner, so don't go to him if you are a sensitive soul.

Extremely rude and apathetic staff. I went in with a badly sprained ankle and they were not equipped with even the most basic emergency supplies - ice and proper bandage! When I asked for a bit of ice, the receptionist simply raised his eyebrows and said "If you want ice, you have to go buy it yourself!" He didn't bandage my ankle properly and made me hop one-legged all the way to the counter to get the crutches. The doctor was also unpleasant, basically barked a few sentences at me then promptly left. I was disgusted by the way I was treated here. Don't go here if you can help it.

Waited over 2hrs in the middle of the day with a sick child. 20+ on the wait list and only 2 doctors. Totally unacceptable service. If I can get a buzzer in a food court, why must I wait so long in a room with other sick people? Do something better for the patients instead of just making money for the company running the Centre.

Was here in April this year very late at night when I was sick and I was so grateful that they were still open. The doctor was very polite and quick to help me. Could do with a chair upgrade though in the seating area

If I could choose 0/5 I would. Absolute joke of a medical centre - nurses are unkind and had to get a doctor to teach her how to bandage my toe? Doctor prescribed me with the wrong medication, and was ready to take my whole toenail off! Went to an actual doctor for a second opinion, and he told me the drugs were wrong and I would actually need surgery for my toeand NOT to take the nail off as it's much more severe than that and that would've damaged my nail nerves completely!

Worst doctors, they are unhelpful, always rude, and always push you out the door. The women doctors are also very judgmental, and don't seem to care when you're scared. I have seen every single doctor here and none of them do a good job at "caring" for their patients.

They're only good for a sick note for work or school, otherwise - get a second opinion, or don't go to them at all.

For simple medical problems on a weekend or late at night this place is ideal. And one of the few choices out of hours in Bondi Junction. Bulk billed price is right too. They have a TV to watch and it's easy to grab a snack from nearby to eat whilst you wait.

Mostly good and at times not as good, but no appointment needed so you may have to wait - usually around half an hour or up to an hour if really busy - but the family doctor is not going to see you immediately either. However I am appalled at the entitled attitudes of some of these reviewers. Not surprised that some of the doctors may seem jaded.

I never write reviews, however I am so shocked at the SEXIST and MISOGYNISTIC behaviour I received from Dr Vidas Mikus at this centre that I cannot stay silent. Not only was he rude, dismissed of my genuine medial questions, he then proceeded to condescendingly lecture me on not expecting certain issues to be addressed by night shift doctors and then dismissed my obvious shock and disgruntlement by saying "all you girls get upset". What sort of 1950's attitude is this institution running on?! This doctor actually shamed me for asking a medical question. I wasn't asking for procedures to be conducted, all I wanted was to have a medical conversation with a professional and seek their advice.
I too like many of the other reviews had waited an hour and a half, and this was the third attempt at coming to the centre this week (all other days were far longer expected waits). While obviously that is not ideal, I understand that doctors are busy and in high demand. What I cannot accept is that a "professional" would speak to any woman in such a way. Wake up sir, it's the 21st Century and your piggish behaviour will get you no where!

If you want to spend 3+ hours waiting for a doctor in a nearly empty waiting room go here.
If you like rude doctors and receptionists go here. Utterly terrible. wish I looked at the reviews before my visit here. 1 Star is way too generous.

don't waste your time here. Its part of the prime medical group. Its geared up to get you out as soon as possible to get the next person in. Its all about $$$$. Care non-existent. I wish there was a minus rating available to properly review this business. If you take your health seriously go elsewhere.
