Friendly and helpful staff. Chill Bunnings, although with less choices than bigger branches like Rydalmere but has most household essentials

Compared to other stores this us a smaller one. But cater for most if the basic needed. If you looking for something special then this may not be the one for you.

Bad attitude when asking for help of after buying Turf. A man staff said he can not help because he had to have a lunch. and also said with angry, “ Can't you see there are all women? " Actually we wait for them permitting to move the Turf. Finally, a salesgirl came out and help us to move the Turf. Bad experiences. Hope this guy go back to learn a lesson how to do the service and professional manner to the customers. But perhaps it is too late since he has been 45 year-old.

Trucks blocking trade entrance trucks lined up and blocking main entrance. Forklift on footpath not safe for pedestrians or cars on the road don't know how council or WHS allows this.

One of the smallest Bunnings so don't go there expecting to find anything and everything. They still have all the same departments but on a smaller scale. They had what I needed though. Didn't really interact with the staff except for check out.

Disgusting customer service whilst being kept waiting on phone ..they couldnt understand english and were very rude.i will take my business elsewhere .

Terrible customer service, couldn't answer simple questions on the phone after being out on hold for a number of minutes, then when I went to the store they gave me the advice that they couldn't help me, even though they could tell me that on the phone.
