Giving it a 1 for now as I still have to visit on Wednesday. . Just called and tried to get some info and was told there closed and to call back tomorrow? ??
No words can describe my HEARTFULL thanks to the emergency department staff. Wonderful and very efficient.. thank you once again for looking after my "Heart"!.
Had surgery today. Very happy with all aspects of care and procedures. Thank you to all the lovely doctors, nurses and staff who helped me feel comfortable.
I was a private patient where a nurse on level 6 gave me a DVT & left a cannula hanging out of my arm.
I begged for help and was ignored. I ended up going to PUBLIC EMERGENCY downstairs after 3 hours to beg for help while even they looked shocked with 'Tricia' on lvl6.
For that amount of money one of their nurses does no work and then causes pain to patients and just wanders off while doing so??
Disgusting.
There are fantastic nurses and doctors there but 80% of staff are up themselves, undertrained, dangerous and in this case begging to be sued.
You are better off at a GP than you are at this dirty hospital.
Arrived at 10:30pm in A&E, got seen finally at 1am for 3mins to hear they couldn’t do anything and to go to a GP for a MRI referral. Complete waste of time
Hours long wait in emergency with no estimated time to see a doctor. Phone calls to the hospital are not picked up. Overpriced parking.
Had an orthopedic surgery performed here. Cannot fault the private hospital. Maybe the food could be more classy but thats being picky. Very happy with my stay.
I have recently had a friend stay. the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.
Absolutely rear interest in patients except some nurses.. And the incredible amount of time spent here for a check-up or surgery or whatever. I spend here really many days and hours. And after the surgery you will send the second day to the house without any interest. In particular, it was necessary to fill a million same papers many times. Maybe it's normal here in Australia that I do not know what the health care system is.I dont know. But it was my worst experience. Its about public hospital i dont know how it works in private department.
I was in ICU for one night and the staff were amazing!!! The care was first class. I was in the private prince of wales
This place is well organized and the staff are so caring. There is a nice drop off point at the front doors and limited parking however.
My wife had an excellent delivery and post pregnancy follow up surgery. Nursing staff were fantastic as well as facilities provided. Highly recommended.
Great hospital and great doctors. However, calling them and getting in contact with the Neurosurgery department is extremely hard especially if your calling through the outpatients section. Trying to get your medical records transferred to your local doctors is also extremely had. If you get 'Jinky' from the Medical Records Department don't expect her to do anything as she refuses to do any anything that is part of her job. I ask for her to check if they received document request letter from my local doctors, as no documents were sent to my local doctors and she refused to check. Completely useless. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I do not understand how she still has a job.
My poor Dad is there now, Student doctor trying to find his Veins oh dear poor man just had cancer removed why would you want a student to put 5-6 holes on poor mans arm stills couldn't do it, So call doctor look at her phone? WTF?? Nurses are just as rude.
1st night after surgery He was after water pressed the buzzer no one came till 6.30 am.
Just because it's a public hospital doesn't mean you can be rude ad treat patients like that, They are told to make noise so the patients can quickly recover and go home, how the hell are they meant to recover if they are not been looked after?
